What is the difference between " welcome and enjoy" and “love and accept” (to your opinion)?

Personally, I see it this way: reality and everything in it are being fused and transformed into a higher quality.

I think these differences, which are obviously present, can help us understand these specific distortions (the meanings that denote a given distortion like “welcome” or “accept”). However, what’s more important, in my opinion, is the connection between these words and their meanings, to build something that integrates everything these words signify. This is the higher quality, and it doesn’t have to be expressed verbally; what matters is the maintained inner meaning that leads us to something further.

Naturally, I could stick to the definitions and meanings of individual words and notice the difference between them, but subjectively, I think it’s better to put it all together and learn something in the process. Like: How can I open myself to the Light of the Creator? And I can do it through welcome, love, enjoy, accept and use - these concepts give more meanings when blended.

lol funny funny

Yes although its not easy to rejoice for most.. you the know the whole culture or country raised and belief system inherited in that society and so forth. Its one quote though thats handy to have to remind a higher ideal to have in those times though.. I remember an old indian tv series made on the Mahabharata and Krishna was chastising someone grieving saying along the lines that wont help on their journey beyond instead will hold them back, if you want to really help the person you love.. love is what they need.. Especially at this time so close to death. AN he then changed an really pleaded to her to send love instead. And she understood after that talk..

Wow, that is exceptionally well explained. I have been trying to explain this to others. That you can meditate with your eyes open on the corner of a busy street and it will still serve its purpose/intent.

I find it helpful to view meditation as something I resume, not something I start.

Meditation is always in play on some level.
It’s something we deepen in how we notice, not deepen in how we do.
If I notice my feet, I won’t get ‘more’ feet,
but my feet will become a more prominent part in my sense of self.
Similar to the practice of noticing our ever-ongoing meditation.

There’s also a sense of meditational yin/yang.
With elements of movement:
doing the dishes, taking out the trash, walking, dancing, martial arts.
And elements of stillness:
sitting, resting, relaxing,
and being fine with if sleep happens — even if that’s not the goal.

There are as many types of meditation
as there are types of activity/passivity.
There’s no point in pointing them all out

Regardless what takes place
Same experience, different phase.

All is one — that includes subjective experience

Life in itself is one big meditation.

In the earlier stages of seeking(I myself used to do),It can a a great way of finding that silence within.. by being in places or environments that have a lot of outside noise.. as there is that deep part of you that is always silent.

I just have to throw this in too as food for thought..quote further in that passage “You are directing your attention. Intention becomes attention and attention becomes bliss.”

you know Quan I dont know why, but all this post about the male and female sexuality brought the image of the two serpents and the helix of the DNA and somehow enhanced for me the beauty of this helix as such an extraordinary poetic image of creating life.
Not sure I aim explaining myself well, though, lol

Very true, the poignant image to meditate on .. or paint in your case

A great thing when reading upon spiritual things conjures up images, your deeper minds offering.. No need to explain unless hearts wants to offer more here. I understand either way
