Given the RA connection, I can relate to this quote and especially where I live often will see hawks.. one type specifically a white hawk called white goshawk.

Wow coyotes! I see the odd fox, yes theres some really amusing times (as I live by a big wetland type place beach is 5 minutes away), Upstairs especially the room i meditate sometimes just when im starting an see the hawk an think okay a good omen! Theres 2 other types of a brown colour but I most often see that type.
