Around the tick of the clock,
I pondered this idea…
“despite adversity,
despite any sense of hopelessness,
I still want to love you.”
Maybe 2024 can improve on 2023!
So session 48 shared this week
reminds me of a sort of generation gap
with millennials - I ask what is their
favorite dead song and they draw some
blank, and it’s like uh-oh, someone
skipped class in grammar school.
But hey, maybe that’s okay.
This week I reflect on poetry like
pictures - how so many photos are
taken but so few, so many few seem
keepers.
I cannot hope for any
poetic keepers - but it doesn’t stop
me from trying. As I said,
despite adversity,
despite any sense of hopelessness,
I still want to love you!
SCARLET CENTERS (Song beat similar to
Grateful Dead, Scarlet Begonias)
As I pondered Ra session number forty eight’s care.
Got a clue to it’s rhythm in the silent air.
From some other dimension
the Dead they sang on by.
It could be distortion
but it’s no matter why
no matter why
There was talk of the spirit
fused to the bones
And I knew by the reading
there was sex beyond knowns
With scarlet centers
active all through the crown
I knew how voltage blows out circuits
with a loud sound, with a loud sound
There was talk of the fears
and talk of the rough
I skim past the passages
of that transient stuff
Some life after death things
they explain a bit more
Felt sleepy with lapses
I’d read it before, read it before
There’s a circle of life
with ties to death strong
Our indigo body shuttles us along
Angels may bring us into the light
When harmonious balance
weighs us just right
weighs us just right
We’re born complete with all potential grooves
With scarlet centers
along with the blues
We activate by actions
within our lives
Color penetrations
we sometimes pass by
sometimes pass by
In blend upon one we layer true
Sinking as yellow or rising as blue
Strangers stack upon strangers
to reincarnate again
Everybody’s sharing
in our space time plan
