Other wise souls come into incarnation hoping to break open their hearts and link that unconditional love vibration with wisdom in a more balanced and equal fashion. There are also some who seek the right use of power, balancing it either with love or with wisdom or with both. These are the usual areas of which concern the soul going into incarnation. "
A transcript talking about preincarnative choices. Next I will include another passage and comment on each segment.
" When the desire is to open the heart on the more stable and continuous basis, that choice has been made by one who is wise and this is the case with you, my sister. Therefore, you offered to yourself the challenge that wisdom poses for the seeker. The wise seeker knows the self very well. He knows his shortcomings. And the more close to perfection his character may be, the more harsh those shortcomings may seem to him."
Yes and this connects to yesterdays daily quote, that last 2 lines.. I liken it a metaphor of say cleaning a room or a window, as more of the room is cleaned or window well it gets pretty obvious whats left but that also stands out increasingly.
“In reality, each soul is perfect. We have said before through this instrument that there are no mistakes; there are only surprises. Consequently, know that your guidance is separated from you only by the illusions of thought-forms you have had in place since childhood. They are located within your energy body and they constrict the amount of energy moving into your heart and especially moving from the heart into the blue and indigo chakras.”
Yes perfection.. we are just living in a second density ape like body in this incarnation so have some humour 
“The way the energy body works, it requires a constant working through all of the chakras, starting with the very basic chakra, the red-ray chakra, and moving up to the orange and yellow rays and then to the green ray. It is a common desire of those who so eagerly seek the presence of the one infinite Creator to spend as much time as possible within the higher chakras, experiencing the infinite love and light of the one Creator. Yet always the entry into the higher chakras must be preceded by work in the lower chakras to clear the way.”
If you have greater appreciation for those lower energy centres, the differnce in energy you consequency have to work int he higher energy centers is far greater..
Perhaps you know the verse from the Holy Bible: “Prepare a road in the desert that makes the crooked places straight”. 1 This is the journey through the lower chakras and it needs to be taken not once but every day; sometimes more than once in a day if there are triggers that you find occurring that pull you away from the open heart."
The metphors and hidden meanings in that spiritual work is very profound. The Way of confusion in full effect.
Lastly I do want to end on this Law of One quote..which adds further weight to the discussion above, an is a huge focus for myself lately, movement of energy through the energy centers.
First its the overall balance through all energy centers that is key, having each energy center balanced and dim is better than have say those higher energy centers really bright and duller lower centers.. due to totality reflected in violet ray.
" 41.19 Questioner: Thank you. In yesterday’s, or the day before yesterday’s session, you mentioned variable speed of rotation or activity of energy centers. What did you mean by that, speed of rotation?
Ra: I am Ra. Each energy center has a wide range of rotational speed or as you may see it more clearly in relation to color, brilliance. The more strongly the will of the entity concentrates upon and refines or purifies each energy center, the more brilliant or rotationally active each energy center will be. It is not necessary for the energy centers to be activated in order in the case of the self-aware entity. Thusly entities may have extremely brilliant energy centers while being quite unbalanced in their violet-ray aspect due to lack of attention paid to the totality of experience of the entity."
Further on that violet ray aspect here..
“The key to balance may then be seen in the unstudied, spontaneous, and honest response of entities toward experiences, thus using experience to the utmost, then applying the balancing exercises and achieving the proper attitude for the most purified spectrum of energy center manifestation in violet ray. This is why the brilliance or rotational speed of the energy centers is not considered above the balanced aspect or violet-ray manifestation of an entity in regarding harvestability; for those entities which are unbalanced, especially as to the primary rays, will not be capable of sustaining the impact of the love and light of intelligent infinity to the extent necessary for harvest.”
I love that quote and have revisted it oh so many time..
There are those 3 primary energy centers, of red, yellow and blue.
"The basic pivotal points of each level of development; that is, each density beyond second, may be seen to be as follows: Firstly, the basic energy of so-called red ray. This ray may be understood to be the basic strengthening ray for each density. It shall never be condescended to as less important or productive of spiritual evolution, for it is the foundation ray.
The next foundation ray is yellow. This is the great stepping stone ray. At this ray the mind/body potentiates to its fullest balance. The strong red/orange/yellow triad springboards the entity into the center ray of green. This is again a basic ray but not a primary ray.
This is the resource for spiritual work. When green ray has been activated we find the third primary ray being able to begin potentiation. This is the first true spiritual ray in that all transfers are of an integrated mind/body/spirit nature. The blue ray seats the learning/teachings of the spirit in each density within the mind/body complex, animating the whole, communicating to others this entirety of beingness.
The indigo ray, though precious, is that ray worked upon only by the adept, as you would call it. It is the gateway to intelligent infinity bringing intelligent energy through. This is the energy center worked upon in those teachings considered inner, hidden, and occult, for this ray is that which is infinite in its possibilities. As you are aware, those who heal, teach, and work for the Creator in any way which may be seen to be both radiant and balanced are those activities which are indigo ray.
As you are aware, the violet ray is constant and does not figure into a discussion of the functions of ray activation in that it is the mark, the register, the identity, the true vibration of an entity."
Just to hammer home the point about violet ray and the overall balance of all energy centers."
Finnaly lastly, another quote on foundation/primary rays or energy centers.
" 41.25 Questioner: Why are the red, yellow, and blue energy centers called primary centers? I think from the previous material I understand this, but is there some tracing of these primary colors back to intelligent infinity that is more profound than what you have given us?
Ra: I am Ra. We cannot say what may seem profound to an entity. The red, yellow, and blue rays are primary because they signify activity of a primary nature.
Red ray is the foundation; orange ray the movement towards yellow ray which is the ray of self-awareness and interaction. Green ray is the movement through various experiences of energy exchanges having to do with compassion and all-forgiving love to the primary blue ray which is the first ray of radiation of self regardless of any actions from another.
The green-ray entity is ineffectual in the face of blockage from other-selves. The blue-ray entity is a co-Creator. This may perhaps simply be a restatement of previous activity, but if you consider the function of the Logos as representative of the Infinite Creator in effectuating the knowing of the Creator by the Creator you may perhaps see the steps by which this may be accomplished."
The nuts an bolts behind the why of the three primary rays is talked about in that last part.. knowing of the Creator by the Creator. If you now revisit those three with that in mind it becomes clear, if not or if so its still a fascinating topic of meditating on..
