I blame my “higher self” and say that when I die I will find him and try to kick his ass for putting me in this condition. 
Could “the guys” just stop injecting thoughts. A significant thought pops out of nowhere at interesting clock or movie time. For example, time 11:11 … I don’t need that, you are violating my free will !!!
