Energy is finally able to move through into the heart in a powerful way. "
Don’t know why but cant help but laugh when reading this "that full blast of unconditional love "

I was just literally having that thought when meditating today… as another layer of the onion is peeled away, hmm actually that metaphor does’nt quite work there does it? 
Instead, another layer of acceptance is realised… an how subtle it is until well its not and it is noticed 
"Of course here is a constant theme an reminder… also one that leads to where the daily quote takes off,
