Before Fire There Was Inheritance

In the Exercise of Fire one learns about what is offered and what is accepted by communication or through other forms of energy transfer. What came before this exchange? Inheritance of the energy around you. One cannot communicate or breathe without first acquiring what came before. You may see this as the chicken and the egg. We take in what was already present and then give it to the next one.

I have three approaches that may make sense. The first is through Norse Mythology and the meaning behind the Othala Rune. The book I am using is “Teutonic Magic: A Guide to Germanic Divination Lore and Magic” by Kveldulf Gundarsson. The second approach is through the I Ching (Yi Jing) and the trigram called Dui. The book I am using is “The Complete I Ching” by Taoist Master Alfred Huang. The third approach is through the Cube of Space. I created a subreddit that is based on “The Tarot: A Key to the Wisdom of Ages” by Paul Foster Case. This is the Hierophant or as Ra put it the Significator of Mind.

The Exercise of Fire refers to the Empress or Catalyst of the Mind. This is what is offered and what is accepted. Before offering anything one must have received this energy. The Ra contact refers to this as the Significator of Mind or the Hierophant.

An In-Depth Introduction to the Mind Cycle – Third Density Alchemist

The Significator is that which is complex, and therefore can become that which it is not. Being fractured into sub-sub-Logoi, that which we are not, allows us to experience the “dynamic tension” of “Creator vs. Creator”. This allows experience to create and recreate by its very nature. That which we are not is also symbolized by the confusing polarity on the card – the white hatted imp sits on the Hierophant’s right side, and the dark-hat sits on the left. This shows that “negative” experience often feeds polarization of the positive path, and “positive” experience feeds polarization on the negative path – for instance, one who struggles with money can learn many lessons of empathy and seeking that which is not material, and one who never struggles with money will take that experience as one that supports them (and others) as having unending resources to plunder.

The polarity in the card is represented by the hand gestures, as Ra says here:

97.16 Ra: You may note that the hands of the central image indicate the appropriate bias for right- and left-hand working; that is, the right hand gestures in service to others, offering its light outward. The left hand attempts to absorb the power of the spirit and point it for its use alone.

The Significator is the one who chooses to act, to know, to seek. Here the Significator of the Mind is shown on a stage, and even, within a box. This is the complex actor who decides the nuance of how to tell the story that it is performing in. Ra says due to imperfect memory and imperfect usage of catalyst, the Significator itself is not the most “efficient” use of the cycle, as you can see in comparing it to the symbols on the Great Way.

The Hierophant is not only upon the stage, but dependent upon the stage (the body complex, in micro/macrocosm) for its experience.

97.10 Ra: O student, you have grasped the barest essence of the nature of the Significator’s complete envelopment within the rectangle. Consider for the self, O student, whether your thoughts can walk. The abilities of the most finely honed mentality shall not be known without the use of the physical vehicle which you call the body. Through the mouth the mind may speak. Through the limbs the mind may effect action.

Othala Rune

p.188 As the rune of inheritance, othala rules not only the bounds of the clan itself but also the mysteries of inherited power. This rune is tied to the wisdom of the kinfygja, a guardian power who bears a resemblance to the fylgja, the valkyrja and the disir. The kinfylga is a feminine personification of a particular family’s might who usually attaches herself to the head of the clan, although at times she will pass to a younger member who is better fit to wield her might. Othala rules both that might which is inherited from the genetic ancestors and that which is inherited from the “ancestors” of the spirit - that is, your previous existences. Either, or both if they are harmonious, may be the determinant of the nature of your personal power. This is the rune of Odhinn’s might as Allfather: by his inheritance of the might of both jotuns and gods, he has become identified with the roots of power for every living being. His assumption of this heritage makes him the fit leader of every clan.

p. 189 Othala is used to bring out wisdom and power from all sources of your heritage, including past-life knowledge and talents.

Dui - Trigram for Lake ☱ Southeast side of Fuxi’s “Earlier Heaven” bagua arrangment.

Definitions:
⦁ Gua - Hexagram or trigram, a six line or three line symbol
⦁ Yao - A line of a gua, either yin (yielding, broken; example - -) or yang (firm, solid; example ___ )
⦁ An ideogram or ideograph is a symbol that represents an idea or concept independent of any particular language.

The structure of the gua is Lake ☱ above, Lake ☱ below. Lake’s attribute is joy. When Lake is doubled, the joyfulness is also doubled. According to Western tradition, Dui has been translated as Lake, and people are accustomed to it. In fact, it should be marsh or swamp. Rice is the staple of life for the Chinese people, and rice paddies are marshes. An abundance of Dui, marshes, leads to an abundance of food - a situation that makes everyone joyful.

[Picture in your mind since photo cannot be uploaded]
The ideograph uses the image of a person singing and dancing to express the mood of joy. It consists of three parts. In the middle is an open mouth singing. The lower part is made up of two legs, which seem to be moving and dancing. The upper part depicts two arms swinging in the air, expressing joy.

This gua take the image of a person who is outwardly gentle and joyful but firm and truthful inside. It discusses the way to deal with human affairs. Before one takes action, one should make a decision. This is using inner strength. But one still should accept others’ ideas and not stubbornly adhere to one’s own opinion. This is the way to cultivate outward harmony. Dealing with people, one should be gentle and joyful but not flattering and fawning. Dealing with events, one should be firm and stable but not stubborn and opinionated. In this way, there will be progress and success, and nothing will be unfavorable.

The Hierophant - Vav - Southeast Edge of the Cube of Space

p. 75 Hebrew letter Vav means “nail” or “hook”; something to join the parts of a building together, also something to support hanging objects, therefore something on which other things depend. A nail is a fastening, a link, a means of union. As a means of support, it is linked in thought and language with such ideas as aid, assistance, sustenance, furtherance and ministry. In Hebrew, the letter Vav is the equivalent of the English “and.” Thus, like a nail, it binds the parts of a sentence together, and clauses or phrases introduced by it hang from it, like pictures supported by hooks driven into a wall.

p. 76 Hearing, which unites man to man by speech, and man to God by the Word of the Inner Voice, is the sense attributed to Vav. Jesus said often, “He that hath ears to hear, let him hear.” This is a technical formula of Ageless Wisdom. What was true then is true now. Knowledge of the higher aspects of reality comes to us through soundless sound of an Inner Voice, which often speaks as plainly as any voice heard with the physical ear.

p.77 Taurus, the Bull, a fixed, earthy sign, is attributed to Vav. It is ruled by the planet Venus (The Empress) and is the sign of exhaltation of the Moon (The High Priestess).

p.78 Hierophant means “revealer of sacred things.”

11.8 Ra: Penetration into the eighth, or intelligent infinity, level allows a mind/body/spirit complex to be harvested, if it wishes, at any time/space during the cycle.

The number 8 is something to focus on.

97.17 Questioner: The eight cartouches at the bottom would possibly signify the energy centers and the evolution through those centers… possibility for either the positive or negative polarization because of the white and black coloration of the figures.

Ra: The observations of the student are perceptive. It is informative to continue the study of octaves in association with this concept complex. Many are the octaves of a mind/body/spirit complex’s beingness. There is not one that does not profit from being pondered in connection with the considerations of the nature of the development of polarity exemplified by the concept complex of your Card Number Five. (Significator of the Mind or Hierophant)

8 densities, 8 trigrams, Aettir also known as “eights” in Norse Mythology

I will give you the ‘keys’ of the kingdom of heaven. Whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven. Matthew 16:19

What if we already have these keys and we just need to figure out how to combine them to access a door that leads to Intelligent Infinity. It is best if you figure out the rest on your own. I have faith you will find your way.

I am bound by LLResearch and something within to not give what was given. I am so glad that there is published material to refer to.

A long time ago, I studied oracles. The I-Ching is special. I think of it as 64 short six line stories that describe a wide range of possibility. I’ll share a couple renditions from that work that some may find helpful, related to Trigrams Lake and Fire. These stories stemmed off Duke of Kau notes.

  1. The Abandoned of Khwei
    He feels mortally wounded.
He turns to his higher power.
    Yet he’s overcome with grief.
He tries to reach his friends.
    But again he’s heartbroken.
    So he retreats into solitude.

  2. The Delighted of Ko
    She wears yellow lingerie.
    She changes her position.
    And she over excites him.
    So she receives his sperm.
    She smiles happy in delight.
    Then she changes position.

Odd, It should be 49, not 39 for the second story, the editing utility has a mind of its own.

Thank you for what you gave. I like to draw meaning for all oddities. Your choice to look at numerology and maybe draw meaning of your own.

The whole storybook, in the big picture is like a caduceus that plays a full chord, from terrible tragedies to elated engagements. The story’s alternate gender like two snakes intertwining, and for some lucky few, an emergence of balanced polarities can culminate. This is a creative improv of sorts, attempting to afford people improved access to the I-Ching’s magical properties. It would make a great movie of 64 two-minute short stories.

Alright, I need to carry the thought further. Imagine an interface to Ra. Imagine an interface to Logos. Then imagine an experiment proposal on a Logos level:
that is, I-Ching-3, three sets of trigrams, 512 stories
of nine lines each roughly defining an expanded set
worthy of evolutionary experience in our modern age.
It may be already created, simply needs scribing.

Are you referring to the 3rd hexagram for I-Ching-3? I understood that as where the story begins. Ch’ien is heaven and K’un is earth. You also brought up an interesting point that I never considered. What if these stories are happening in the imagination or dream realm. This would help to connect with the imagery or metaphor.

LLResearch has not researched what they have. Who would have thunk it? I am referring to their unpublished material which I still cannot talk about since it is theirs to reveal. However, we can talk about the process behind it because that part is common knowledge. I said in the Exercise of Fire theory post about what it could be talking about which I was referring to “Li” or the direction of East in Fuxi’s “Earlier Heaven” bagua arrangement. Before that one is Southeast or Dui which is this post.

For everyone else who is having trouble about what we are talking about:

Trigram ---- Gua ------ Nature --------- Direction --------- Maj. Arcana -------- Mind Cycle
Dui ----------- 58 -------- Lake ------------ Southeast ------ The Hierophant ---- Significator of Mind
Li ------------- 30 -------- Fire ------------- East -------------- The Empress ------- Catalyst of Mind
Zhen -------- 51 -------- Thunder ------- Northeast ------- The Emperor -------- Experience of Mind
Kun ----------- 2 -------- Earth ----------- North ------------- The Tower ----------- Potentiator of Spirit
Gen --------- 52 -------- Mountain ------ Northwest ------ Justice ---------------- Experience of Body
Kan --------- 29 -------- Water ----------- West ------------- Wheel of Fortune – Catalyst of Body
Xun --------- 57 -------- Wind ------------ Southwest ------ Death ----------------- Transformation of Body
Qian --------- 1 -------- Heaven (Sky) - South ------------ The Sun -------------- Significator of Spirit

These are the 8 densities from another perspective. Dui is the first and Qian is the 8th. We are not talking about the literal experience of the 8 densities. This is a build up of understanding to communicate with intelligent infinity.

I think I need to rephrase the Exercise of Fire theory post as a conversation between you and yourself. When we meditate this is communication. When we dream this is communication. The other parts that LLResearch has not revealed is how to connect with ideas “not literal instructions according to them.” It is like reading the I-Ching or Runes or the Mind Cycle. In other words, Ra gave them somewhere to start but because they didn’t do their homework they have no clue what they actually have.

Thank You Soup, you are a total genius. You gave me somewhere else to go besides outside of myself.

I was told two 3’s make an 8 and I saw the :infinity:infinity symbol. This gave me the free will to save my wife’s life on April 8 2022, on the third floor of the Hospital at 3o’clock and the room # 6

I was contemplating “the default settings of reality”
as relative to a frame of reference (relativity)
and stumbled back here. There’s a physicist
Dr.Becky who helped me understand a sense of
Puppy Love with the Logos, as if there’s a litter
of puppies who chase each other around near
the center of the galaxy. She exudes puppy love
and is obsessed with black holes. Black holes
might be thought of as objects literally embodying
infinity by their singularity feature. Her story here
seems to reside on a higher timeline, and might
be like a set of I-Ching stories inspired by the
Logos. In this reference frame, there’s a basic
pattern of observing with a desire to understand
better in an iterative way improving understanding.

I understood that as where the story begins.

I didn’t watch the video. The idea of one chasing the other is similar to how I perceive it as well but from a different perspective. I believe we are going further within from one octave to the next. This video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vP_OSWdIrXw is the ending scene to the “Men in Black” from 1997. So one could see that the deep space black that surrounds us could be the entry from a previous octave black hole. It wouldn’t matter which galaxy’s black hole we use to go further within because the Infinite Creator is all. On a further note, I contemplated the idea of going toward the light when we enter heaven. Why go anywhere when we could be in one place and just go within. This could be why Ra told us that there is no need to travel to other galaxies. All are learning the same lessons and we are headed to the same place regardless of location.
