I don’t know if you can comment on the difficulty we will have in making the Law of One available to those who would require it and want it. It is not something that is easy to disseminate to those who want it at this time. I am sure there are many, especially the wanderers, who want this information, but we will have to do something else in order to get it into their hands in the way of added material, I am afraid.Is it possible for you to comment on this?

I have been very hesitant to ask certain questions for fear that they would be regarded, as I regard them, as questions of unimportance or too great a specificity and, thereby, reduce our contact with you. In order to disseminate some of the information that I consider to be of extreme importance—that is, the non-transient type of information, information having to do with the evolution of mind, body, and spirit—it seems almost necessary, in our society, to include information that is of little value, simply because that’s how our… our society works and how the system of distribution appraises that which is offered for distribution. Could you comm— Will… will you comment on this problem that I have?Ra

We will attempt to work around these problems in dissemination of the Law of One. It will take some careful work to do this, but we will. I personally will not cease while still incarnate to attempt to disseminate this. I believe it will be necessary to write a book, most probably about UFOs, since the Law of One is connected with the phenomenon. It’s connected with all phenomena, but this is the… seems to be the easiest entry into dissemination.My first plan is to, using the UFO in the advertising sense that it was meant by the Confederation, use this as an entry into an explanation of the process of evolution that has gone on on this planet, and how the rest of the… or the Confederation has been involved in a more understandable way, shall I say, for the population who will read it, using the Ra material in undistorted form just as it has been recorded here in various places through the book to amplify and clarify what we are saying in the book. This is the only way that I can see right now to create enough dissemination for the people who would like to have the Law of One for them to be able to get it. I could just go ahead and print up the material we have off the tape recorder and publish it, but we would be unable to disseminate it very well because of distribution problems.
Will you comment on my second idea of doing a general book on UFOs including the material from the Law of One?

You were asking for such an example of humor, and we feel this is a rather appropriate nexus in which one may be inserted. Continue with your intentions to the best of your natures and abilities. I never listened to the Law of One recordings before. I never really had a desire to. But then I came across this Law of One session, #37 that left a lot of questions that couldn’t be answered from just reading the material alone. I wanted to get a “feel” for the material so I figured I could use my own intuition and discernment to get a “vibe” on what the actual sessions “felt” like.
Listening to the audio recording of this session, I noticed something very peculiar in the way Don asks his questions. He seems to speak at the exact same rate as “Ra” does, speaking very deliberately and specifically, using very noticeable, but rather “uncommon” speech patterns and pauses where one naturally speaking would not place a “pause”. Does anyone know why Don does this exactly? 
Strangely…It reminds me of the “old school” text-to-speech programs from back in the day, like “Dragon Naturally Speaking.” You had to train the program to get used to your specific speech pattern, and to do so would require you to speak very slowly and deliberately.
You wouldn’t just say, “Hi, my name is Ra and I am here to share my wisdom with you.”
You would have to say, “Hi… my… name is… Ra… and…I am… here… to share… my… wisdom… with… you.”
Otherwise, the “program” couldn’t pick up what you were saying and the “speech” that was generated from that program would come out confusing and jumbled.
I imagine technology has gotten much better over the years and you can use a text-to-speech that was a lot more efficient.

This session has Don talking about needing this information in order to write a book about UFOs. This quote, “knowing that the material sacrifices are the least” makes me wonder what “material sacrifices” they are well… sacrificing? When Ra states in this session that it is up to Don’s own discernment on what he wants to do with the book.

He seems in a hurry to get this “material” out as soon as possible, considering it was only March 12, of 1981 and they were only “trance channeling” for less than 3 months.
I am sure there are many, especially the wanderers, who want this information, but we will have to do something else in order to get it into their hands in the way of added material, I am afraid.
How long were they aware of “wanderers” that 3 months in they were in a hurry to get it out to their distributors? Didn’t Don state himself that the information was of “extreme” importance? Why the rush?

I didn’t know what typescript was so I did a search…
I thought Ra used “words” from our language to “deliver their message. Why would they need to use a programming language?

This reminds of strangely of an album by the band, Starset, called “Transmissions.” Starset is a band that tells a very elaborate “story” about transmission sent from a planet from the future. It’s very reminiscent of the Law of One. I read the PROX transmissions last year, that this “story” is derived from.

In New Year’s Eve 2012, a SETI astronomer called Stephen Browning received a transmission from the outern space (from the Bernard’s star). Browning managed to uncode the title of the transmission:

The men controlling this power -once believed to have the potential for endless good- have used it to exploit their fellow men. I am Thomas Bell. If Mr. Borden’s modifications have been successful, you are receiving this thirty-four years ago, in the year 2013 -the time when it could have all been avoided. Please take heed of the following transmissions.
After that, a robot provided with an AI, called Quasi, starts talking and tells our protagonists that they’ve got three transmissions. The first one being “an account of the historical events that left the Earth in chaos under a totalitarian regime”. The second one, being a biographical account of the life of Thomas Bell, comprised of various sources. The last one is a series of blueprints of the technology that has caused that totalitarian regime to happen. In the book, we’re told about the first transmission, which basically tells us a brief history of the future:
In 1972, Dutch astronomer Peter De Kamp discovered a terrestrial planet orbiting Bernard’s star, called Proxy Earth or PROX. This planet doesn’t rotate, so it has one side in eternal sunlight and another one in eternal darkness. The only place which had temperatures that made life possible was at the boundaries of these two hemispheres, a region known by the name of Star Set (because from the surphace the sun appeared to be eternally setting on the horizon). After that, the US Government started a secret program called ‘The Proximity Earth Colonization Project’.
In 2021, someone invented a very small hot fusion device. This research was bought by a small group of billionaires so, in 2024, scientists got a Nearly Infinite Energy Mechanism (or NIEM). The group of billionaires set a corporation called Free Energy Corporation (or FEC). By means of speculative strategy, FEC managed to take control over the global energy market. With that huge income, they started a research that gave life, in 2035, to a device called the Everything Machine: a volumetric printer that had the ability to copy and print any three dimensional object by modifying atoms. Having the monopoly on the Everything Machines, FEC took control over the global industries too, until a jobless class reached the 80% of the population. These people were sent to the ‘Growth Zones’ which were basically concentration camps. The rest of the people were sent to cities known as ‘Forts’.
A police force called the Dept. of Civil Vigilance and Recovery (CVR), labeled as Carnivors, had the mission to squash any opposition to the FEC. Meanwhile, a resistance network began to raise, the National Freedom Alliance (NFA). Because of that, a special election on June 1st of 2035 gave the FEC control of the government. Then, they discovered the The Proximity Earth Colonization Project that had been held secret. By this time, the project had managed to build ion thrusters that could travel ad .9 light years per year. Also, giant terraformers had been sent to PROX to convert the carbon dioxide to breathable oxygen.
The civil war started by the NFA uprising finished on August 16th 2035, when the NFA waged a full-scale attack on all major FEC strongholds and bases. The offensive was successful (only FEC bases in Chicago and Washington were spared), so many powerful FEC members and their families decided to escape to PROX.
