Is there any specific guidelines on how to practice the meditation techniques to open your chakras or practices for kundalini activation? A lot of the information in the sessions but hard to grasp, is there a simplified why where we can practice meditation to become more sensitive to these energy centers?
Ahhh- this subject line caught my attention, and I was hoping to see a ready-made fast answer. Since Iām first to reply, Iāll try to provide my p.o.v.
The most fundamental info seems to be found in session: 84.10
Fundamentals include:
* an energy exchange between two mind/body/spirits or mind/body/spirit complexes
* the energy transfer circuitry opens always at the red or base center
* if baffled, the energy will stop at the next center [chakra]
In addition, there is the note about chakras functioning without crystallization.
The use of the word ābaffled is interesting.ā I read it as a block/barrier, thinking of a confused state or a screen. (I work at a place that uses purposefully uses baffles). Hereās a definition: āBaffleā can be a verb, meaning to perplex, confuse, or bewilder, or a noun, referring to a physical device used to redirect, check, or regulate the flow of fluids, sound, or light.
I donāt think youāll find much in the way of specific exercises in Confederation teachings. Their emphasis is more on overall spiritual principles, although their practical advice is to minimally activate and balance the lower three energy centers so as to get activation of the heart as soon as possible.
One thing you can do is focus on the themes of one chakra at a time, beginning with survival. Review your life and focus on times when survival was a prime concern. Focus on your responses, that is, your feelings. To what extent did they become frozen? Can you feel themāin a meditative stateācongealing and unable to flow?
Next, can you feel what it takes to put those feelings at ease? Can you inspire them somehow to accept love and return to a natural state of flow?
Now the problem with this is that you can get into things you really donāt want to get into, especially when poking around on an existential level. So, you might find it useful to begin by working with someone who knows what they are doing.
The general perspective is this. We carry these graded layers of consciousness, and when energy gets entangled at one layer and another, it then cannot move up to the next layer in any significant amount. When you get enough of this going on, then there is very little energy left over to empower the heart center, and spiritual work begins there. Which is to say, engagement with spirit in a conscious fashion begins at the heart.
Thank you, a little less confused and will keep working and try to keep that information in mind while also trying what I have learned from some gurus on the matter.
