Are there limitations to the healing process between incarnations?

Hello everyone! My name is Jasmine. I’m really happy to be here and to connect with everyone.

My question is probably quite simple, but I reckon I’ll explore it in quite a convoluted way. But I’d be very keen to get your opinions and thoughts, or if I could be signposted to any other material that might give me a bit more clarity.

I am really interested in the idea of exploration, creativity, and play between incarnations. The session from November 19 2000 with Q’uo is very helpful in showing the whole ‘process’ between death and our next incarnation, but it’s the in-between I’m very interested in. Q’uo (and many others) talk about rest and healing in ‘hospital’ settings or taking up ‘jobs’. I’m sure the feeling of these places and these 'jobs’ are incredibly nourishing and healing, so I’m not disregarding the importance of them.

To me, or my ego-self, play and exploration is a part of healing. To create and explore nourishes me as I am naturally curious and adventurous. It makes me feel excited yet calm at the same time. I’m sure others feel the same whenever we use different outlets of escapism, writing stories or watching films etc. I feel I have heard (not necessarily from any of the material) that during this healing or in-between period, you can essentially do what you wish. Whatever feels most exciting at that point in time. This could be creating simulated worlds and experiences to explore in any format, in any body, in any time, on any planet. Not an incarnation, but an experience of ‘roleplay’.

For example, let’s say I loved Batman (just came to my head, no judgment if this world doesn’t sound accurate lol)! If it sounded exciting at that time, theoretically, I could create a simulated Gotham, fly around and explore every nook and cranny. Maybe I could experience defeating an enemy. Maybe I could experience saving a civilian. Or maybe I could be someone who isn’t Batman, just somebody who lived in Gotham, going around day-to-day, exploring, getting the FEELING of experiencing this in this simulated environment. Perhaps I’d want to experience being a snow leopard and prowl through the Himalayas. Perhaps I’d want to experience being an opera singer and performing a sold-out show as a unicorn. You get the gist. Anything and everything, fictional or non-fictional in a simulated environment that can be stopped as soon as it isn’t exciting or it’s satiated that curiosity.

Why not incarnate into these experiences? Because it’s not there to be a lesson and to be of service. There’s nothing to learn aside from just enjoying the simulated reality and this in-between period. There is no pressure to be, do, or act in any way. You just heal and play. Even if I decided to experience a great interplanetary war that was violent, it wouldn’t be too scary or cause any trauma to my soul because I would KNOW it was simulated. Much like you put on a VR headset and explore a haunted house; you might scream and jump but you can take off the headset at any time and be perfectly fine.

Q’uo says “This healing process is very much under the free choice of the spirit that is undergoing the healing.”. So, if we think about free will, then yes, this should be possible. I doubt there will be someone wagging their finger and saying ‘no no, this isn’t how you should heal, it isn’t allowed’. And surely creativity, expression, adventure and play are positive things, exciting things? Maybe I am just thinking about limitation or an order to things too much. It seems childish to want to experience playing and exploring in your own worlds, but it seems very exciting to me. And is being childish a negative thing? I don’t really think so.

I’d love to know your thoughts and opinions. Thank you for reading my question. Love and light to you.

Hi there and welcome!

I think that creativity and exploration are very positive, and that everyone has their own unique spiritual traits and ways of serving. What’s true to all is the creator knowing itself is a service to the creator and the social memory complex.

If you manage to balance and perhaps open the various energy centers and allow the flow of love or intelligent infinity through then you are doing all a service and healing the planet. Whether it be by art, meditation or another movement of the second distortion.

I haven’t really read much of other material beside the Law of One so I will share a quote that I really liked from there.

50.7 Questioner: Thank you. Can you expand on the concept which is this: that it is necessary for an entity to, during incarnation in the physical as we call it, become polarized or interact properly with other entities and why this isn’t possible in between incarnations when he is aware of what he wants to do, but why must he come into an incarnation and lose memory, conscious memory of what he wants to do and then act in a way that he hopes to act? Could you expand on that please?

Ra: I am Ra. Let us give the example of the man who sees all the poker hands. He then knows the game. It is but child’s play to gamble, for it is no risk. The other hands are known. The possibilities are known and the hand will be played correctly but with no interest.

In time/space and in the true-color green density, the hands of all are open to the eye. The thoughts, the feelings, the troubles, all these may be seen. There is no deception and no desire for deception. Thus much may be accomplished in harmony but the mind/body/spirit gains little polarity from this interaction.

Let us re-examine this metaphor and multiply it into the longest poker game you can imagine, a lifetime. The cards are love, dislike, limitation, unhappiness, pleasure, etc. They are dealt and re-dealt and re-dealt continuously. You may, during this incarnation begin — and we stress begin — to know your own cards. You may begin to find the love within you. You may begin to balance your pleasure, your limitations, etc. However, your only indication of other-selves’ cards is to look into the eyes.

You cannot remember your hand, their hands, perhaps even the rules of this game. This game can only be won by those who lose their cards in the melting influence of love; can only be won by those who lay their pleasures, their limitations, their all upon the table face up and say inwardly: “All, all of you players, each other-self, whatever your hand, I love you.” This is the game: to know, to accept, to forgive, to balance, and to open the self in love. This cannot be done without the forgetting, for it would carry no weight in the life of the mind/body/spirit beingness totality.

Welcome, @jasmina.dx .

My thought is that illusions of one kind and another can be fun. Maybe then at some point one wishes to experience something closer to inner truth? If so, one may work with consultants to devise ways of moving more in that direction, and that could entail incarnation in a crazy place like Earth, perhaps.

I wish you all good things in your explorations.

Hello Jasmina welcome here…

I think you are dead on , curiosity, creativity are the essence of what we should practice everyday to. make the most of ou r incarnation  :hugs:

If you havent yet, you might want to try reading the books by Michael Newton, He was a respected hypnotist and delved with incarnations and what happens between. It’s vey down to Earth, in a way  even if other events do not aways takes place on Earth, lol. You might like it a loi. Carla had I think, great respect for him and his studies.

Best wishes and good things !!!
