32.2 Orange- and yellow-ray activation

Questioner: Thank you very much. I will now continue with the material from day before yesterday. Our subject is how sexual polarity acts as a catalyst in evolution and how to best make use of this catalyst. Going back to that material, I will fill in a few gaps that we possibly don’t understand at this point too well.

Can you tell me the difference between orange- and yellow-ray activation? I am going to work up from red ray right on through the violet, and we covered red ray, so what’s the difference between orange- and yellow-ray activation?

Ra: I am Ra. The orange ray is that influence or vibratory pattern wherein the mind/body/spirit expresses its power on an individual basis. Thus power over individuals may be seen to be orange ray. This ray has been quite intense among your peoples on an individual basis. You may see in this ray the treating of other-selves as non-entities, slaves, or chattel, thus giving other-selves no status whatever.

The yellow ray is a focal and very powerful ray and concerns the entity in relation to, shall we say, groups, societies, or large numbers of mind/body/spirit complexes. This orange — we correct ourselves — this yellow-ray vibration is at the heart of bellicose actions in which one group of entities feel the necessity and right of dominating other groups of entities and bending their wills to the wills of the masters. The negative path, as you would call it, uses a combination of the yellow ray and the orange ray in its polarization patterns. These rays, used in a dedicated fashion, will bring about a contact with intelligent infinity. The usual nature of sexual interaction, if one is yellow or orange in primary vibratory patterns, is one of blockage and then insatiable hunger due to the blockage. When there are two selves vibrating in this area the potential for polarization through the sexual interaction is begun, one entity experiencing the pleasure of humiliation and slavery or bondage, the other experiencing the pleasure of mastery and control over another entity. In this way a sexual energy transfer of a negative polarity is experienced.

I’ve been thinking of the process for an entity with a desire to progress on the positive path when it comes to activation of the orange- and yellow-ray.

Lets say that the orange ray is activated. Since this energy center is about power over other individuals, would that automatically be the feeling of power over another individual or that the other individual has power over you (or fear of these two) in a sexual situation? And when does that become negatively polarizing?

What I’m trying to get at is, is it necessary to experience these seemingly negatively polarizing feelings/behaviors in order to eventually open up the green ray? Or could you potentially go straight from having sex only vibrating in red ray and then go straight to green ray?

Well, try it. But how can you jump from animal opportunism to unconditional love in one shot? It seems to me that having a couple of stepping stones along the way might be useful.

Orange ray consciousness encompasses power over another and being overpowered by another and peer-to-peer relationships. It’s about a plant’s relationship with the sun, an infant with it’s mother.

To polarize positively is to explore how all these things can ring with the song of love. That’s the road to the heart, as far as that level of consciousness can take you.

This was purely hypothetical, I have my fair share of distortions myself so going straight from red to green would not be relevant in my case :slight_smile: Sexuality is not a main focus but as an example it is very relevant I think. The principles are the same.

It’s hard to formulate a concise question about this. Just trying to find ways to balance my orange ray. When reading about this in the material I sort of feel like; ok this and this is negatively polarizing, but how can I balance this? Past 15 years or so my green ray has been on and off. Like I have an intention that is green ray and live my life in many ways based on universal love, but I only feel real activation from time to time “physically”.

Two examples of orange ray distortions:

  1. Wanting to be in control in a sexual situation
  2. Feeling powerless in some friendships (with elements of romantic love involved). Fear of being unimportant/rejected. Here I’ve found a helpful exercise. Trying to hold the other person in my heart without wanting that persons love or wanting to push her away. Just appreciating knowing and loving that person. Contemplating how amazing it is that this person exists and that I have gotten to know her. I have managed to feel powerful orange ray activation from this.

Any advice on balancing is very appreciated since this has been sort of hard to do hands on, while I can have a theoretical understanding of the principles.

I don’t really understand why so many questions or answers have been focused on the negative side or outcome of the subject. Power over other is not the only function of the orange/yellow ray, to me orange means self and yellow means social-complex. How you treat and use those two creates whatever polarization and learning.

I align with Dream. My shorthand for the first 3 energy centres in positive harmony is the following:

Red: Health and prosperity (survival).

Orange: Self acceptance and forgiveness (personal identiy)

Yellow: Namaste and In Lak’ech (social relations).

Health, Self and Brotherhood.

Chapter 5, The Orange Ray Energy Center starts like this:

The Orange-ray energies which we experience in our daily lives are all about loving ourselves and loving others. This is where The Game begins to get more complex and interesting!

We have thought, planned and schemed. We have grabbed that parking place! We have persuaded that customer? On the flat gameboard, the main point is to win.
The problem with playing the game of life entirely on the flat gameboard is that we shall never graduate from this environment using the flat gameboard alone. To graduate, we must also use the enhanced Gameboard, which calls upon love/light energy to help us “get our hearts right.” We want to get our hearts in the right place. And we want to keep them there. We want to graduate.

Pay attention to how the energy flows as prana, love, or white light enters the red energy center and begins to move upward. This flow continues naturally as long as there are no blockages, distortions, or disruptions. These obstacles can be imagined as black fields that drain or waste the energy. When such disruptions are not present, the energy continues its path to the higher energy centers.

The three lower energy centers are closely linked to how we deal with fear/anger (that does not occur at the level of higher centers). Fear often shows up as the need to control or impose oneself on others. If someone acts from a place of fear/aggression, the energy cannot fully reach the green energy center of the Heart. Only by clearing out these lower distortions can the energy rise freely.

When a person has been cleansed of such blockages, this can be seen clearly in their relationships and their approach to sexuality. Take the example of a man. A man who no longer acts out of fear or aggression approaches a woman with humility. He bows inwardly to her presence and sees the Creator in her. When he is close to her, he honors her, brings her joy, and forgives her completely. Everything he offers comes only when his Heart senses that it is right for her. He also allows himself to receive love from her. He accepts her touch and her desire. He becomes soft, open, and without resistance.

This dynamic also exists for a woman whose Heart is open. She allows the man into her space without fear. She releases the anxiety that he might hurt her or take advantage of her. She welcomes his gifts and lets him bring her pleasure without shame. She gives to him just as freely, without fear of judgment or the need to prove anything.

When both partners are free of blockages in their lower centers, they are able to truly surrender to each other. They let down their emotional armor and allow one another in. They share words, touch, and sexuality from a place of openness and generosity. What they give is always meant to uplift the other. It is felt as a gift, as something sacred. The way this giving and surrender appear may differ depending on the person. A woman may express it differently than a man. Same-sex couples may do so in a way unique to them. But the heart of it remains the same. It is mutual submission and letting the other in, and the unconditional desire to serve, adoration, and forgiveness.

The green ray center, or the Heart center, already contains its own complete energy. Through it, the Creator expresses unconditional love. We do not need to force anything. We only need to align ourselves with that energy. To do this, we must continue to purify the lower centers from fear and anger. Only then can the energy rise and resonate with the green center. If something deviates from the ideal pattern of functioning based on the green ray energy (open Heart), it means there is some energy dissipation due to fear/anger in one of the three lower centers. This must be relaxed and dispersed, and the energy will then return to its normal level and upward movement.

In the society of Ra during their time in the third density, a high level of positive polarization was possible. It was supported by their openness to sexuality and emotional closeness. We have the same potential. But in our society, fear dominates. Women are afraid of men. Men are afraid of women. People try to control each other to gain a sense of power or satisfaction. As a result, relationships based on open-hearted living are rare.

Yet the potential still exists. When fear dissolves and energy flows freely, love becomes real and connection becomes something sacred.
