Why right now and not earlier? Ra explains it?

I will share with you my understanding of this topic according to what I gleaned from the core research material of LLResearch and the Ra Group.
Technically, according to the Confederation, we have had previous Harvests to 4th density in the two previous 25,000-year minor cycles of our third density sphere. We have also had cycle-independent harvests of individuals who have managed to access the gateway to Intelligent Infinity on their own during their incarnation.
However, this particular Harvest marks the final one for Terra and an end of its 75,000 year major cycle. It will not only result in a Harvest of planetary entities, but a complete transformation of the planet into a 4th-Density Positive Space/Time Vibration - of whose 4th-Density Time/Space Vibrations we are currently experiencing in our Third Density Space/Time.
But to answer your question; The precise reasons as to why now can’t be known with certainty, but we can tentatively speculate that certain historical milestones were indicators of this planetary graduation.
- Discovery of the quantum nature of reality that challenged our notions of determinism, locality, and observer-independent realism
- Development of space travel technology that extended our sense of home beyond the solar system
- Development of relativity theory that overturned our previous understanding of time, light, causality, and simultaneity
- Mass enlightenment of planetary population through standardized education, creating a baseline of shared wisdom.
- Formation of global peace organizations such as the League of Nations and United Nations, establishing a global standard of cooperative humanitarianism.
- Evolution of social justice, civil rights, anti-colonialism, feminism, environmentalism, etc - gradually normalizing the ideals of unity, Love as Law, interdependence, and harmonious co-existence with other-selves and Creation.
But in the final calculation, I believe the only true answer to “Why Now?” is; “ ‘Tis the Will of the Creator.” Peace and Love, urantianx.

The best answer I can offer, per Ra:
Each planet moves through each density. The first density has no measure of time, because learning to experience time is a portion of the first density lessons. Once these lessons have been learned, second density begins, and takes a variable length of time, but mostly requires the building and preparation of potential third density body complexes.
75,000 years ago, the original Yahweh genetically manipulated the homo sapiens who were on our planet to prepare them to receive the souls of the Martians who destroyed their planetary sphere before they were able to reach the end of the 75,000 year third density. This is what ultimately started the 3rd density clock on Earth. At that time, some beings from Maldek also began their third density (having existed in second density form on earth for 400,000 years), and some second density beings from the Earth plane were also harvested into third density. According to Ra, the decision to start third density is usually began by the overseers of the sub-Logos, in our locale this is The Council of Saturn. Once the clock begins, the timer is quite strict, and a harvest occurs at each 25,000 year time frame, until at the final 25,000 years, the planet then evolves into 4th density, and the social memory complex that has been harvested joins 4th density. If there are more positive beings than negative, the planet becomes positive. If there are more negative beings to harvest than positive, then the planet turns negative. Earth has more positively harvestable beings, so our planet has now crossed the threshold into being 4th density positive, as we are at the end of the 75,000 year cycle.
Venus became third density a couple of billion years ago, and Maldek became third density ~800,000 years ago. It just has to do with the age of the planet and how long it took to set up the conditions for a viable third density experience. Earth is younger than the planets that started their third density long ago.

This intelligent energy offers a type of clock. The cycles move as precisely as a clock strikes your hour. Thus, the gateway from intelligent energy to intelligent infinity opens regardless of circumstance on the striking of the hour.”
