What’s the constellation Ra originates from? Do anybody knows?
In the texts it is specified it is all the voices of a people from Venus that evolved from 3rd density 2,4 bilions of years ago or something like that. But as there’s no beginning nor ending in the creation, you could say that there are other origins prior that if you ask again and keep looping the question and the answer. So who knows.
According to the recorded material, Ra, as one of presumably many 6th-Density social memory complexes, has roots in our neighboring Venus. They have, through spiritual evolution, humble service, and graduation branched out in presence and influence to the most refined spiritual and vibratory reaches of the Confederation of Planets in the Service of the One Creator.
Based on the material, there are no positive Third-Density terms for describing where Ra is currently, as they occupy a timeless dimension of being where the concept of spatial distance completely lost it’s meaning. They have evolved into beings of light (see Session 64.6) thus the quantum, holographic, and relativistic properties of light can be speculatively applied to them. You can think of these “Brothers and Sisters of Sorrow” as being embedded in the fabric of the Universe (see Session 41.1) They can travel via thought and can be anywhere including wherever a sincere calling for service has been made, across time, space, and densities. 
Below are a few references from the Law of One related to Ra’s presence in the Cosmos, both locally and globally, across the densities. As always, interpretation of this material is left entirely to the freewill of the seeker.
In Session 6 of the Law of One - Ra states that although Venus is still conducive to fifth and sixth density existence, they themselves are no longer of Venus and have ventured out into the Infinite Creation as humble messengers of the Confederation of Planets in the Service to the One Infinite Creator.
In Law of One 81.24 - Ra states that they have also been called and served in our solar system as well as planets in the Alpha Centauri, Cepheus, and Zeta Reticuli star systems.
In Law of One 14.4 - Ra states that they have been present in the fifth density (or dimension as worded in the material) of our planetary sphere for the most recent portion of our third-density minor cycle in humble service leading up to fourth density planetary harvest.
