Q’uotes Discussions

Hahah yes, just had this thought of you could suddenly lift the veil just for a split moment to see all of that.. truly would be mind boggling . I suppose it would ruin the surprise of this third density life so pref not though

How do you mean dawn is near.. that your time on third density? Or a big spiritual revelation is soon?

lol I do not understand why I feel so optimistic when everything seems so chaotic.

I might be wrong but I feel this is especially felt and recognized as you get a little more into later years, and feel you have answered to the apparent requests of building your personality, then realize that the main point is really melting with the other selves.

But this comes perhaps much more easily as you are further away from youth and feel you have achieved enough in terms of physical actions…

A few weeks ago I think. I read a bit of a Q’uo excerpt, clicked through to the actual reading and got a really, really good piece of advice.

I think it was a Carla channeling and talked about when you are out walking just finding that quiet place inside. Like, not in meditation. But just in normal life.

The only exercise I usually do when walking is 10.14. Envisioning everything as the Creator. Which is very outward focusing. It was a complete change to do an inward focusing exercise and it was very positive.

HOWEVER, I cannot find that reading again. There are so many readings I am not in the habit of bookmarking them anymore. I would like to have it there to re remind myself.

Ahh yes I remember that passage is this the one you are talking about?
“When an entity begins to look into the nature of the self, worlds begin to open to him. We would encourage the one known as J to spend time daily asking the question, “Who am I?” And then allowing a lack of thinking or unnecessary motion. This could be in meditation, so called; this could be very fruitfully done in a natural setting. But whether it is formal meditation or walking in nature, the goal here is to free the mind from content and to allow it to be empty. Into this environment, just as into an empty cup, may come content that is immeasurable by words, and the nature of the self is something that is beyond words. This is why silence is the best environment in which to receive some of the deeper answers that you seek at this time.”

I have done much of the waking meditation too.. a interesting exercise is to also when doing it to close your eyes, haha obviously in a clear path free of obstacles! Doing that really distracts your conscious mind and can result in a different experiment/experience.
