In my morning meditation, at the end, I do what I love the most, I send love to my Human family, then love to ma Animal family, then love to my Tree, Plant and Rock family then I get really excited because I send love to Gaia, and I see each time like two arms coming out of our blue planet and embrace me.. and I then totally melt. I think I meditate before just to get to that.., lol
