And second question: who seeks the distortion - possessors or souls?

12.14 Questioner: [Would] this be the origin of what we call black magic?

Ra: I am Ra. This is correct in one sense, incorrect in another. The Orion group has aided the so-called negatively oriented among your mind/body/spirit complexes. These same entities would be concerning themselves with service to self in any case and there are many upon your so-called inner planes which are negatively oriented and thus available as inner teachers or guides and so-called possessors of certain souls who seek this distortion of service to self.

These would be either lost souls (those who after incarnation did not go into the light), or negative spiritual entities (some may call demons). They attach themselves to positive incarnate entities and siphon off their light as a type of food or energy source (some call it “loosh”).

In the case of the negative spiritual entities, they seek to control, manipulate, and use the physical entity to their benefit, at the detriment of the other. In the case of the lost soul, they often mean no harm, but are just looking for a place to stay, so to speak, considering they did not go into the light but rather stayed attached to the inner planes of the Earth.

I would say in most cases the physical entity did not ask for this, and often doesn’t even know about it. The one possessing/attaching sees it as their method of service, often rationalizing it as they deserve it, know best, or want to snuff out light. It may be not outright negative, but naive or misguided intentions to think they are keeping the entity safe, or using their to help them feel comfortable.

There are sometimes physical entities who do ask for the possession. For example, some popular musical artists (who are commonly rumored to practice Lucifarian philosophy) have publicly stated that they have a spirit take over their body before a performance.

Thank you, I think it makes sense. The so-called inner planes are hazy to me.

It took me awhile too. My current interpretation is the inner planes is the time-space associated with the Earth and the entities who are currently part of that ecosystem.

Possession is an incredibly rare artifact of third density. Possession, as in, pretending to have power over the souls of others, does not happen today. It is impossible on a fourth density planet.

Some still believe in it, however, and give credence to it. These are so-called negative wanderers or negative mind/body/spirit complexes. They experience an as if-real possession.

However, there is no such thing.

Negatively polarized incarnate humans use black magic to contact negatively polarized inner planes entities to possess them for various rituals to invoke power over others.

For your second question, Ra later says that it’s possible for an incarnate human to properly bid with enough polarity to enslave a negatively polarized discarnate entity, so who is choosing this situation can go both ways.

53.16 Questioner: Well, we have a large spectrum of entities on Earth with respect to harvestability, both positively oriented and negatively oriented. Would the Orion target in on the ends of this spectrum, both positive and negatively oriented, for contact— for Earth entities, I mean?

Ra: I am Ra. This query is somewhat difficult to accurately answer. However, we shall attempt to do so.

The most typical approach of Orion entities is to choose what you might call the weaker-minded entity that it might suggest a greater amount of Orion philosophy to be disseminated.

Some few Orion entities are called by more highly polarized negative entities of your space/time nexus. In this case they share information just as we are now doing. However, this is a risk for the Orion entities due to the frequency with which the harvestable negative planetary entities then attempt to bid and order the Orion contact just as these entities bid planetary negative contacts. The resulting struggle for mastery, if lost, is damaging to the polarity of the Orion group.

Similarly, a mistaken Orion contact with highly polarized positive entities can wreak havoc with Orion troops unless these Crusaders are able to depolarize the entity mistakenly contacted. This occurrence is almost unheard of. Therefore, the Orion group prefers to make physical contact only with the weaker-minded entity.

55.3 :play_button: Questioner: Thank you. I want to ask a couple questions about previous material that I didn’t understand. I’m hoping that this will clear up my understanding somewhat with respect to the mental configurations with which we have been dealing.

In the session before last you stated, “However, this is a risk for the Orion entities due to the frequency with which the harvestable negative planetary entities then attempt to bid or order the Orion contact just as these entities bid planetary negative contacts.” Can you explain the mechanisms that affect polarization in consciousness with respect to this statement?

Ra: I am Ra. The negative polarization is greatly aided by the subjugation or enslavement of other-selves. The potential between two negatively polarized entities is such that the entity which enslaves the other or bids the other gains in negative polarity.

The entity so bidden or enslaved, in serving an other-self, will necessarily lose negative polarity although it will gain in desire for further negative polarization. This desire will then tend to create opportunities to regain negative polarity.

55.4 Questioner: Am I to understand then— just the fact that the third-density entity on this planet, just the fact that he calls or bids an Orion Crusader is a polarizing type of action that affects both entities?

Ra: I am Ra. This is incorrect. The calling mechanism is not congruent in the slightest degree with the bidding mechanism. In the calling, the entity which calls is a suppliant neophyte asking for aid in negative understanding, if you may excuse this misnomer. The Orion response increases its negative polarity as it is disseminating the negative philosophy, thereby enslaving or bidding the entity calling.

There are instances, however, when the contact becomes a contest which is prototypical of negativity. In this contest, the caller will attempt, not to ask for aid, but to demand results. Since the third-density negatively oriented harvestable entity has at its disposal an incarnative experiential nexus and since Orion Crusaders are, in a great extent, bound by the first distortion in order to progress, the Orion entity is vulnerable to such bidding if properly done. In this case, the third-density entity becomes master and the Orion Crusader becomes entrapped and can be bid. This is rare. However, when it has occurred, the Orion entity or social memory complex involved has experienced loss of negative polarity in proportion to the strength of the bidding third-density entity.

55.5 Questioner: You mentioned that this will work when the bidding is properly done. What did you mean by “when the bidding is properly done?”

Ra: I am Ra. To properly bid is to be properly negative. The percentage of thought and behavior involving service to self must approach 99% in order for a third-density negative entity to be properly configured for such a contest of bidding.

Yeah, the way I imagine it is that people who are into black magick have all sorts of agreements with negative entities and in some way those entities gain possession of their souls. Rather like at the end of the Law of One, because Don and Carla had a verbal agreement of something confused, they got loads of strong real world health problems.

There is some sort of thing or magick where spoken words and actions entangles us with metaphysical laws we generally don’t understand.

But the interesting this is, the positive path seems to also do this.

To come closer to the light, beings or social memory complexes look to have the creator flow through them more and more. And the closer they are approximately to the creator, the more truth they can hold.

So surrendering or praying to a particular social memory complex or God, as humans tend to see Ra, is also a form of asking for possession.

That might be true. I don’t think it is but don’t have a technical reason why not.

The contact talked about how when they were trying to communicate with someone around building the pyramids time they had to kind of fuse their being with his. This was very early on I believe between sessions 1-5. There is also the sense that if you are close enough to that entity you take on it’s name so the founder of the Human Design Chart is called ‘Ra Uru Hu’. I don’t know why this is but it might be that everytime the persons name is said the contact is called and can fend away negative entities.

In black magick there is something called a “perfect possession”. The idea being that the people running around doing ‘The Exorcist’ like things are only like that because they are resisting the demons. But some people who are not resisting the demons, that co operate with it, show no outward signs of distress.

That’s just a point I think is interesting. To me, I think that possession the negative experiences and fusion the positive experiences is likely very different. But I can’t explain why.
