Certainly, love is the remedy for all anguish—it heals, balances, and allows us to move forward. Additionally, knowledge can still provide guidance.
However, it’s important to remember that karma serves to help us understand what we have done to others, and it does not always forgive or bypass us. In such moments, the best approach is to accept what is happening with Stoic calm, allowing ourselves to fully experience the pain without retreating into denial. In time, it will pass.
