I don’t assign that title to this post lightly, but this is such a clear and clean expression of their purpose. I’ll simply excerpt the best part, but it’s all solid gold and I encourage you to read the entire session. The key part that I didn’t include is the connection between vibration and love. The vibratory rate they speak of increasing is not some new age wacko concept that needs to be exoticized, but instead simply (in my view) the projection of love into the distortion of our body and mind complexes. Distortion is not simply the deviation; the deviation calls to the original ideal, or thus we wouldn’t event recognize it as a distortion!

Anyway, enough from me.

We are here to bring you information and to impress upon you in a nonintellectual way during meditation the idea that [it] is necessary for you to increase the vibratory rate of your real being so that it is harmonious with the original Thought of our Creator. Our teachings will be simple, as were the teachings of the one known to you as Jesus. It is only necessary that you attempt to understand these teachings. Understand them in depth. Understanding in depth can be done only through meditation.

And then, once these teachings are understood, it will be necessary that they be applied and that the individual so desiring to apply them demonstrate in his daily activities and in his daily thinking the concept that was the original Thought, the concept that we have spoken to you as being love. We have used this word, as I have said, because it is as close as we can come, using language, to the original Thought. However, this word is miniature compared to the original Thought. This original Thought can’t be obtained in your intellect, only to a very small degree. It must be obtained in your total being, through the process of meditation.

Once this is done, and once your activities and thinking reflect this thought, your vibration will increase. At this time you will find the kingdom that has to understand simplicity. It is more to the nature of this illusion here manifesting on the surface of your planet to have a complicated and carefully controlled series of tests to perform, in order to reach a goal.

But, my friends, truth is in the opposite direction of this. As we have said earlier tonight, meditation brings to you this realization in a non-intellectual manner. But to arise from your meditation, my friends, and to demonstrate the truth that you have learned is indeed a challenge to your [spirits].

For how does one demonstrate the absolutely simple? Picture if you will, my friends, a prison, deep in the ground. There is old metal, and many rusty keys. And inside the old metal cells in this dungeon, deep underground, there are many, many ghosts, that can barely be seen. And yet they are trapped.

My friends, you are holding yourselves prisoner. Meditation allies you with the truth of freedom, with the truth of infinity. Unlock your own spirits from these dungeons by simply realizing that each intellectual thought process is a mere shade, only a ghost, and cannot harm, hurt or cause you pain. As these shades disappear, you rise from this earthly, rusty frame of mind and you are aware of perhaps a feeling of parting that was even painful, for it is difficult to let those things that trouble you go. And yet, my friends, once you are up in the sunlight, and the sun is warming you, and you can lift yourself to the infinite grace and listen for the waters of truth, you have found an avenue from meditation to demonstration.

At [those] times, my friends, that the illusion presses most strongly upon you, and in your desire for spiritual growth you ask what is the truth of this, my friends, ask yourself, “Does this problem have to do with my spiritual growth?” And, “Does it have to do with a service to aid another in spiritual growth?” My friends, if the answer is “yes,” this problem is in the area I have described as the dungeon. It need only be let go, and then you need only become aware of the real creation, in its infinity, all around you, for you to have demonstrated at that moment a spiritual growth.

This * is * a cool session, and the passage quoted below strikes me as a fair explanation of the Confederation’s purposes.

We are here to attempt to help those who are seeking a greater awareness find it. We are attempting to bring a simple teaching that will allow you to become able to make your own decisions as a result of a much greater awareness of truth [than] is presently available upon your planet.

At this time, I will speak to the limits of my ability to translate our understanding of life into your language about the realities of life.

Life is composed of two materials. One of them is what you might call consciousness. The other is light. …

You are ever the firebrand, Jeremy, so it’s easy to understand the structural difficulties involved in blending your red-hot vibration with that of your more aqueous and self-protected brethren. How many lifetimes more will it take to master this steamy challenge, blending fire with water?

I ask myself, what would make such a thing desirable? I find the answer, perhaps it would conduce to a strong sense of completion, were harmony to be found there?

Yes, speaking merely for my own self-awareness here, I do expect the effect upon your vibration would be to bend it into closer alignment with the One Original Vibration as new harmonies are discovered and explored within that roaring furnace of your essential being.

You can metaphorically express it this way, and it would be accurate.

I, however, often relate the vibratory rate to the frequency of a light wave. Consider red light, which corresponds to the 1st density—the lowest density of light—and violet light, which corresponds to the 7th density—the highest density of light between range of 1 and 7.

Violet light has a wavelength ranging from about 380 to 450 nanometers, while red light’s wavelength ranges from about 620 to 750 nanometers. The shorter the wavelength, the higher the frequency, violet light waves oscillate faster than red light waves.

We might say that violet light is “denser” because it oscillates more frequently, much like how the 7th density is metaphysically denser.

Additionally to illustrate the concept of vibratory rate, imagine two people. Each has the same piece of paper and the same amount of time to draw a wave across it. One person is tasked with drawing a wave that represents violet light, while the other draws a wave that represents red light.

Who will need to move more quickly? The one drawing the violet light wave, as they must make more movements from bottom to top, simulating a higher vibratory rate.

Metaphysically speaking, this can be related to how one transmits love and light. If one’s vibratory rate is low, they transmit a more distorted love and a rarer light, akin to a red light wave. Where the wave is longer and more diluted.

Conversely, a higher vibratory rate means transmitting love and light that are less distorted and denser, more like a violet light wave. Where the wave is shorter and more dense.

Generally speaking, of course, these waves are infinite, but if you compare them in a specific context of time and space valid for two waves. It is clear that the violet light wave is more dense than the red one, and thus anyone who follows it (violet) gets into a higher vibratory rate.

Regarding the passage from Hatonn in the Elkins message. It’s remarkable that this message is still relevant, and we still have something to do in terms of this kind of work. It continues to be relevant, it continues to be on point, it continues to motivate us, it continues to intrigue us. And when used in practice results in an accumulation resulting from the results of using it, and in this way also can be said to denser and increase the vibratory rate.

It shouldn’t be controversial to say that we are the community, but these are controversial times. I knew the costs of what I did going in, and nobody is responsible for bearing them but I and I alone. The fact that my seeking has deepened lets me know that mistakes can’t have been too egregious. And everybody can have their opinion on the remainder.

Oh, the working group is organizing a channeling intensive focused on the archetypal mind. The great work goes on, and all I can do is hope that others in our tradition find the wind in their sails. I’ve found mine.

Isn’t it… Paradoxically ironic that the longer wavelength can pierce refraction of water droplets easier than shorter wavelengths? aka (fogs)

If you shine a purple light at thick fogs, you will not be able to pierce that fog.

But,

If you shine a red light at it, you will be able to see through.

Even through the physical vehicle

Perhaps Jeremy was able to pierce through some smoke and mirror.

An why this in the law of one is stated so clearly …to align with the most central desire of all desires, to creation itself.

" Exercise One. This is the most nearly centered and usable within your illusion complex. The moment contains love. That is the lesson/goal of this illusion or density. The exercise is to consciously seek that love in awareness and understanding distortions. The first attempt is the cornerstone. Why that constant focus on question(when needed) where is the love? / or where is the love in the moment is so powerful, or however one phrases it… It realigns your desires to be on the king/queen of all desires… Just that one paragraph is one I have overlooked but now realise its one of most central to all of law of one in terms of practicability… The wording in it cannot be any stronger, even this
"the conscious statement of self to self of the desire to seek love is so central an act of will " And how more its used more powerful it becomes… Of course its all resulting in becoming familar with that feeling or vibration/frequency of love that its not necessary needed…

I had all this in a recent daily quote but will re-include it here…
"this is always the question to turn to, that one offered by the ones of Ra, “Where is the love in this moment?” This is a question that is always productive, that one may ask the self in a crux in the present. And by finding where the love lies for you in this moment and placing yourself there, there is how you affect the future. You are choosing what you desire because you desire it. "

Each moment is another rehearsal. The whole of your life removed from the illusion of space and time is a song. You can no more know the song than know your life. You are in the middle of creating a life which is a gift to the one infinite Creator.

The way the question is asked is far more important than what is asked, for the attitude that asks the question is that point of view which will limit the answer. Thusly, abide in love and look in all things for love—even with rage, with fury, with the strongest and heaviest of emotions. There is at the heart of that emotion a purity and an essence, a color; and there is the same beauty in those dark colors as there is in those dark colors that create variety and depth in a tapestry. All things you experience are as these threads going into the tapestry of your life. To identify this or that thread, then, is to lose sight of the picture, the whole of your tapestry"

Part of what I think these early messages evince so radically is the true nature of love as far beyond the fluffy sentimentality to which we normally limit it, the rainbows-and-unicorns love that sells so many books and tickets to retreats in the New Age community. This message is different, and its a side of the messaging that doesn’t show up very frequently in Q’uo’s messages since Carla’s passing – and as somebody who studies the transcript archive, you would know!

On the surface the spiritual path seems poetic and dramatic and will attract many who will become weak-hearted. Know, my friends, the spiritual path is for those who are tough and wish to become tougher. Perfect compassion involves an unbelievable personal discipline, for how in this great illusion can you naturally believe that all others are one with you?

As I view it, this falls under the rubric of tuning, not tuning for a contact, but tuning the consciousness to seek the highest possible (and stable) vibration.

Another point here is that, when you ask, where is the love? you look, not outwards, but inwardly. It’s only there that it will disgorge its true being.

So, right now, where the heck is the love?

When I attune to your guys’ vibrations I see it. (That doesn’t usually happen. You must have put me in the mood.) It’s floating in your firmaments and beaming.

Okay, I broke my own dictum, I looked outwardly. But what I see in you two I simultaneously feel around my own energy field.

It’s quite lovely. Keep it up.

Another angle of perspective I would like to offer is that there are perhaps different lessons for each infinite creator within each of us.

What you pointed out and being cordial about with the organization is not something others doesn’t understand or know.

But it is not up to us to “convince” other-selves who are devout to their beliefs and paths.

Perhaps it is a lesson of discernment

And within our own observation of the beloved walking such path,

Do you still love them/you?

or is there separation in your judgement?

What was your growth in this? and did it lead to the original thought?

It led to passion. Passionate seeking. And a desire to live the ideals I once outsourced to professionals if that makes sense.

I am in similar field so I can relate with what the gentleman is explaining.

But there is a blind spot in psychology, It is based on a “one lifetime, one incarnation” observation.

There is an absent of seeing the journey as an infinite one. Therefore, although he is right, but it is impossible for it to fail or not be “released” at some point.

At some point in infinity, things are destined to change.

Two things came into my mind,

“The bitter the seed the sweeter the fruit.”

Also,

“Imagine a bird that flies once every hundred years, and it carries away a single thread from a silk scarf lying on top of a mountain. The time it would take for that bird to wear down the mountain to nothing is the same as one lifetime in the vast journey of the soul.” - Ram Dass

Kierkegaard is a philosopher from the 19th century, not a psychologist. I think Dr. Tyman was merely referring to the psychological nature of his thesis, but it shouldn’t be conflated with today’s psychological sciences and therapies.

I agree that eventually what needs to be released will be released in every case. But because we encounter each other at human time scale, not at the cosmic time scale, we often see each other in what appears to be a “stuck” position. I appreciate those such as you, @Mirror, @Patrick, and others who have shown patience with me when I have been stuck. It is a wonderful example to which I may aspire.

My apology Jeremy, I thought Dr.Tyman was a psychologist, I mistaken him for Stephen Tyman whom is a mental health clinician.

I can be clumsy and mix things up sometimes.

I think I’m ready to finally let the last of this go. This has been a hell of a mercury in retrograde.

I can have faith that, even if I don’t understand or agree with the direction Gary is taking this organization, there’s a destiny for LLR that I don’t have to understand and all is well. It’s not up to me to approve or withhold approval.

I hope they can one day have faith that we didn’t get a chance to tell them everything we learned about the hurt so many longtime volunteers felt at their hands — which is why they think I’m making all that up — and that I was only doing what I felt was right at great personal cost. I wanted to show them the view outside their bubble, and I had the best intentions.

Is it possible to find out more about this situation? I’ve had the opportunity to support L/L Research financially through online donations and to engage here on the forum.

For over a year, I’ve been a regular reader of https://harc.otherselvesworking.group/ and https://www.llresearch.org/. Years ago, I studied the Ra Material and earlier channelings. After some time away, I returned and found myself gaining even more from the forum discussions and channeling sessions.

I generally accept the direction the group takes, though I am naturally curious. My main focus is on personal growth and doing the inner work in my daily life. However, I also find myself interested in the people within the group and the group dynamics to some extent. I recognize some of you from YouTube videos, for example.

Thank you in advance for any additional information you can provide. If you prefer to keep this matter private, I completely understand. :blush:
