Hi, this sentence has been always confusing me. Or maybe my English is not so good, I don’t know. Do I understand correctly: because Wanderer is less distorted she/he cannot recognize negative nature of thoughts??

Ra: I am Ra. As we have said before, Wanderers become completely the creature of third density in mind/body complex. There is just as much chance of such influence to a Wanderer entity as to a mind/body/spirit complex of this planetary sphere. The only difference occurs in the spirit complex which, if it wishes, has an armor of light, if you will, which enables it to recognize more clearly that which is not as it would appropriately be desired by the mind/body/spirit complex. This is not more than a bias and cannot be called an understanding.
Furthermore, the Wanderer is, in its own mind/body/spirit complex, less distorted towards the, shall we say, deviousness of third-density positive/negative confusions. Thus, it often does not recognize as easily as a more negative individual the negative nature of thoughts or beings.
Here is the point. Take this as my opinion. Wanderers are usually very intelligent people capable of a deep understanding of psychology, philosophy, and spirituality. They can grasp the difference between STO and STS and feel it very deeply. They may have an intuitive sense for truth versus falsehood and for love versus its distortions.
However, because their native density is one in which there is no active interplay of STS and STO, since sixth density is the level at which you serve others or begin to serve others by balancing wisdom with love if you come from fifth density STS, Wanderers who are used to everyone in their plane of reality being guided by love transfer that assumption into third density, where they naively think that everyone around them also search for love.
This large jump between densities and the kind of primary experience makes it hard for them to adapt to the realities of third density, which look completely different. Under the veil of not being able to look directly into the feelings and thoughts of others, a variety of negative intentions, desires, thoughts, and images of those others pile up there, which Wanderers would immediately reject if known directly.
Another issue is that their naivety and difficulty in recognizing negative thoughts and entities is caused by projections by their own (positive) attitude toward others onto other people, including those who are negatively oriented. They think that since they are guided by love and sincerity toward others, others do the same. The truth is often different.
None of this results from a lack of intelligence, discernment, or intuition in Wanderers, because they carry a great deal of wisdom and love, in a general sense. It’s more of an adjustment issue, adjustment to the present reality, that they themselves need to grasp through life experiences here in 3rd density and correct themselves.
Think of a person from the countryside, where people generally help one survive, going to the big city where many people survive by preying upon those who are trusting.
So, some predator may at first be helpful to the country person, and then figure out how to steal all their money. The country person is inherently distorted towards kindness and would not suspect the predator of having evil intentions.
One thing to consider is that when the Confederation has tried to help us in the past, they didn’t understand how quickly incarnated Earth beings would distort these attempts at aid into negative manifestations.
Wanderers are, for the most part, Confederation entities who are nonnative to Earth. Therefore, they have less of a grasp of the insidious nature of how confused the Earth plane has become in regards to that which is positive/negative. Those who have had many lifetimes on Earth are more tuned to recognize the negative potentials despite the seemingly positive overlays of someone’s personality or actions, as they have more experience with this specific set of societal distortions.
So, Don is asking about how easily a Wanderer can fall prey to Orion distortions, and Ra says that sometimes a Wanderer can’t see the negative potentials in a seemingly positive situation. Whereas an Earthling who has built up some negative bias throughout its recent lifetimes might be more “wise” to these “devious” thoughtforms and their true potentials.
First I’d like to lead with my interpretation of Distorted.
Distorted Websters Definitions i Used The 3rd Definition

Then i Defined Distortion, Again I Use The 3rd Definition
change in the form of an electrical signal or sound wave during processing.
And For Deviousness I Use The 2nd Definition
(of a route or journey) longer and less direct than the most straightforward way.
So what I’m understanding is wanderers In Their Own Body/Mind/Spirituality Are Less Distorted(Changed)Towards The Deviousness(Longer Route).
to me this reads that that are drawn towards to long path less then others meaning they tend to be quicker when re-Evolving through 3d and I think the lesson is that in this less amount of time they notice less the negative thought processes that generally are measured in 3rd density

I recently came across a passage where whichever source was being channeled commented that the resources of the deeper mind are difficult to access, and that this is good thing because otherwise humans would be exploiting them for selfish purposes right and left. So, the Confederation folks seemed to have learned something about our own devious inclinations over time.
But checks and balances are fragile, are they not?
