If you search Wikipedia or Google for energy-related entries, they will tell you that energy includes but is not limited to: thermal energy, mechanical energy, kinetic energy, gravitational potential energy, electrical energy, nuclear energy, and so on. It can be noted that these forms of energy all possess a potential that, when utilized, can induce physical changes.

However, how does one define metaphysical energy? For instance, can we say a song that uplifts one’s mood possesses energy? The human body has seven main energy centers—how does one define this energy? For example, by converging energy rising from the South Pole and descending from the North Pole within oneself, crystallizing and charging a specific energy center—how is this energy defined?

I attempt to expand the definition of energy beyond its purely physical sense to a metaphysical definition as follows:

Anything that can bring about change is energy.

Therefore, the scope of energy extends from traditional sources like electricity, oil, coal, natural gas, solar energy, etc., to metaphysical realms encompassing personal influence, power, money, credit, brands, songs, films, particular vibrations of sound, writings, novels, or even theories, rituals, emotions, feelings, and personal experiences.

I am happy to hear different perspectives on the definition of energy.

For me, on a metaphysical level, energy is a specific frequency or vibration of many diverse thoughts expressed in various ways and means. As you mentioned about different types of energy, it is a degree of awareness frequency >> about a certain idea >> in a certain field >> which grants this idea existence, thus giving it energy.

The highest metaphysical field of energy is the primordial love that created light as a primary idea, filled with latent love within it. With the vibration of light through love in various ways, many ideas were produced, and these ideas generated many energies that express and create a field for the existence of those ideas. Ideas are the primary abstract form of love energy, which then transforms into energy of various kinds.

Everything in the universe is made of love as an emotional energy of the idea of love, and of light as the material energy of the idea of love as well.

For us here and in our experience in this density, everything important is merely ideas that generate certain feelings. We are always in search of emotions from everything we do. Here, the quality of those emotions and ideas varies, leading to differences in their frequency range and energy.

The broadest source of energy, which we should always focus on, is within us and reflects outwardly. For instance, a person’s interaction with the energy of a song or money or anything else is determined by themselves, my friend. Their beliefs and stored subconscious experiences make them react to one thing and not another.

When we begin the spiritual path, rest assured that we are searching from the depths of our subconscious for that very pure type of energy we call divine love or existential joy.

We must understand that we are the ones who grant various energies to those things. We give them their existential power currently
, or through the Creator’s energy within us. We are the greatest source of energy on Earth, whether from this density or from a higher existential density. We chose these different types of energies to experience them, and many of these experiences and energies are stimuli for us on the path back to the Creator.

For me, I always try to understand the internal reason that affects me. Why did I react to that song more than others? What is it within me that made my energy interact with that music or those words?

Regarding the purification of energy centers in the body, each energy center is linked to specific ideas and emotions. If you understand how to be aware of these ideas and deal with the resulting emotions, you allow the energy centers to balance, radiate, and become increasingly purified.:pray:t2::heart::heart:

Q’uo refer to matter as an electromagnetic/light field and discuss the concept of densities of light, ranging from the 1st to the 8th density. The higher the density, the more intense and refined the electromagnetic field/light becomes. Higher densities correspond to higher levels of consciousness and spiritual evolution.

While we often use the terms “metaphysical” and “physical” to describe different aspects of reality, Q’uo emphasize that this division is ultimately artificial. In truth, there is only one field, the electromagnetic field, which encompasses both the physical and metaphysical realms. This field becomes more concentrated and refined at higher levels of density.

In essence, we can speak of denser matter, where density increases with higher levels of spiritual and energetic concentration. Conversely, there is a dilution of consciousness at lower densities. The process of dilution, which leads to lower densities, is metaphorically represented by Ra as follows:

I am Ra. The first known thing in the creation is infinity. The infinity is creation.

Awareness led to the focus of infinity into infinite energy. You have called this by various vibrational sound complexes, the most common to your ears being “Logos” or “Love.” The Creator is the focusing of infinity as an aware or conscious principle called by us, as closely as we can create understanding/learning in your language, intelligent infinity.

Energy is related to the work of consciousness, which turned inward to become self-conscious. This self-awareness disrupted the original perfect balance, resulting in an explosion of energy. Metaphysically, this energy is love; physically, it manifests as electromagnetism. I also believe that every form of physical energy has its source in the electromagnetic field. Which, in turn, has its origin, of course, in love.

Energy, in any form, is a distortion or manifestation of consciousness. Its exact nature is not fully known, and it is possible that no one completely understands it. However, as it distorts or manifests, it initially appears as love, and then on the physical level, as electromagnetism.

Love manifests as light. In the metaphysical realm, light is an expression of love. In the physical world, the electromagnetic field manifests as visible light. Thus, light in the physical world is carried by the electromagnetic field, just as metaphysical light is carried by love.

A good way to get closer to understanding what physical and metaphysical energy is involves exploring the activity of the 4th density. The most tangible way to interact with this energy is through encounters with 4th density beings, especially those of the Service to Self orientation, as they are relatively aggressive in interacting with 3rd density.

The 4th density energy affects the electromagnetic field of the 3rd density, causing various kinetic phenomena, temperature changes, burns, and even the manifestation of various objects and other physical phenomena. However, Service to Others entities can also interact with this energy. For example, it is possible to feel heat without a clear physical source (from the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd densities), which ties in with the influence associated with electromagnetism.

4th density is the level where physicality is variable, where spirit converges with matter. In this density, the physical body becomes more of a home rather than a prison, unlike in the 3rd density where we deal with a clumsy chemical body. In the 4th density, contact with physicality is through unification with it. There is no clear boundary between spiritual energy and physicality, allowing one to change physicality with the will.

As we ascend through the densities from the 4th and upward, the connection to what we call physicality begins to fade. The electromagnetic field becomes so refined that the environment ceases to be cumbersome. At lower levels, due to the dilution of energy, it becomes more cumbersome.

Einstein’s formula E = mc2 illustrates that energy and mass are interchangeable. Following this concept, we can theorize that if a body (as an electromagnetic pattern) could achieve a velocity close to or exceeding the speed of light, it could potentially accumulate enough energy to transcend the limitations of 3rd density reality and open up to 4th density.

In the 5th density, energy becomes pure light. In the 6th density, love unifies with light to form Intelligent Energy. Ultimately, energy is recycled into the consciousness of Intelligent Infinity.

Understanding the existence of energy, its mathematical description, and its full cognition is not an easy task. It seems that all forms of energy are distortions or manifestations of the original consciousness of the Creator or Intelligent Infinity. After various transformations, this consciousness manifests as energy, creating the universe and inhabiting it, eventually manifesting as the physical universe.

As for me, a full understanding of the nature of energy is still unknown. The beginning remains a mystery, but I speculate that it all originates in the mysterious consciousness that is, was, and will be as “something”.

Please note I am the student like the rest on here. I am not a know it all. We are all classmates sharing based on what we have learned.

I am speaking about what I am learning which will make me sound like a broken record for those who remember what I have been talking about. I refer you to this conversation:

We will be talking about the four cardinal directions and the four intermediate directions as well as the energy taken from above to combine it with the energy from below. Think of this as the form of chi energy to balance within the self. I learned this by practicing Qiqong. There are plenty of free youtube videos to learn about various Qiqong practices. I have two models that I will be referring to which is Fuxi’s “Earlier Heaven” bagua arrangement and The Cube of Space which is based on the archetypes or Tarot from another perspective than what Ra taught in the channeled material. I will being going back and forth between the two models to show how they are similar in understanding. This information is to show how we interact with energy.

Ask yourself, where does energy come from, where did it begin, do I have access to it, etc. The energy was already present and we are inheriting it from what came before. We all know that this energy is infinite and can agree there is no beginning. On Fuxi’s bagua arrangement, we begin with the trigram Dui represented as a Lake or marsh. Imagine gliding your hands on the surface of a lake. This surrounds you. If we wanted to we can take this water into us to nourish the body. Where does the water come from? It has always been present. There is a cycle of water to think about such as Rain. Did it begin on the surface then go up to become clouds or was it already present above and just got grouped together to fall onto us. Visualize this idea to see the infinite cycle of energy where there is no beginning.

In the East, we have the Empress. Hebrew letter Daleth meaning “door or pathway” relates to the Empress who is pregnant. She is preparing to give new life. A door opens to a new understanding. The sun rises in the east preparing to give it’s light to the Earth. One could hold onto this energy for the self or give it back to creation allowing all to continue to grow. Another example of this could be a conversation or lesson to be learned. We can hold onto information or we can share with others so all will grow.

Thunder or the trigram Zhen displays the separation of two sides balancing each other. I suggest to watch a video about a Thunderstorm so you can have a better idea about what is being explained. The masculine energy is balanced with the feminine energy. When the male and female come together they create a new life. We are talking about symbols so please do not say one is more correct than the other. The male leads and the female follows. We see this display with most animals or lower forms of life where the male is the protector or leader and the female gives to it’s young. Thunder is a call to action. Waking up about the reality of a situation. Realizing that one could be selfish or one could choose to give so that all may thrive. We could also see Thunder as a representation of 3rd density. The choice of which path will be learned from this point forward.

In the North the lightning strikes the Tower. This is sometimes referred as the “Tower of Babel” where language became more than one form and all became confused about their words. We have very little information about the 4th density experience. This is where the social memory complex begins. Where we are learning to speak as one. Are you working with energy that only you created or manifested to help others? Are you doing this alone? In meditation and in dreams we connect with symbols expressed in the mind. Did we create these symbols or are they being given? Thankfully, Ra has taught us that we are becoming the teacher. We will learn to teach the next generation of offspring. We work with those above to help those below. The two kinds need each other. One cannot be the hero without a villain. This is another infinite cycle of creation. In this form it is about learning to understand we are not just the self. Other parts of self are creating the vision for things to come. You may also refer the North to the trigram Kun or Earth has yin or feminine energy. This is important when talking about the South (Sun archetype or trigram Qian).

The Mountain or trigram Gen. In stillness we can examine what is happening to a situation. Energy flows all throughout but if one does not visualize or think about what could happen, then all will be lost. We can imagine an explosion but what if we could prevent it in the first place. Here we must think before we act. In meditation we keep the body still and also the mind. Here we can listen to spirit because it too is in stillness. For the experienced meditator can talk with Spirit in his or her own way. I see images as symbols. Free will is expressed on both sides. I learn by being still and having knowledge fed to me. In return I ask to better understand what is being given. In sleep, we dream and this too is another form of communication between self and self. The mind/body/spirit complex is always creating lessons to learn. When we work with Spirit then harmony is accomplished and energy flows more easily.

One may think that it only gets easier from here. This is incorrect. I am the student just like you. Ra is also the student even though we see them as the teacher. The following information is harder to connect with because we are not used to thinking in this way. It is your choice to skip steps. In reality you will realize nothing can be skipped otherwise you will find yourself repeating history.

In the West we have the Wheel of Fortune. Hebrew letter Kaph means ‘a curve.’ Kaph is the hand of the man in the act of grasping. To grasp is to hold, to comprehend and to master. “The Wheel is a symbol of the whole cosmic expression. Also an emblem for any particular series of events. The center or pivot of the wheel is the archetypal world; the inner circle (8 spokes) is the creative world; the middle circle (alchemical symbols) the formative world and the outer circle (Hebrew and English letters) is the material world.” This is better explained from my own experience. I am working with Spirit in my own way. It was not easy to learn what they were teaching. I didn’t even know I was being taught something specific until the information was applied in this world. For many years I studied my own dreams and saw each one as a symbolic representation of my life that I am living. One could think this as premonition because the dream happened first. However, when examining the dream before the experience of the day then one becomes lost as to what is being expressed. All symbols have more than one meaning. Therefore, one cannot predict the outcome of the day based on a dream. When talking with Spirit I have learned they speak to me with random images popping into my mind. When the symbols are defined using a dream dictionary they mirror what the current experience is. How is this communicating knowledge when it feels like a one way conversation? Keep in mind that your guides or Spirit is expressing free will so that it is up to us to interpret what they are saying. For example, I had a dream last night about earning money. I realized that I did not have all the checks or forms of payment in my hands. I was missing one thing but I could not remember what was owed. From the reader’s perspective you may think this information applies to you. It does not because you did not have the dream, I did. It applies to what I am experiencing or will experience. My free will interpretation of that dream is about this knowledge I am giving to all who read this. One could say that maybe this dream is about something else since it is still the morning as I write this and the rest of the day has not been experienced yet. You are correct that the dream may be about something else but in reality neither you or I will know for sure. When working with energy you will become lost as to where it is going or how it is being used. You can be like me and just say, “okay, whatever” or you can spend the rest of your life wondering if it was used correctly.

Xun or wind in the Southwest. Wind and Thunder are friends. Refer to the youtube video about a Thunderstorm. When one works with Spirit then harmony is realized. The flow of energy goes where it is needed to provide balance. I give from experience. I could give from inexperience but then am I creating balance. It is best not to create confusion otherwise this helps no one. Yesterday, I read this post about defining energy. I was thinking to myself how can I help from my own understanding. I was about to talk about the Lunar cycle and how the New Moon and Full Moon are important. However, I found myself in mid-sentence that even I was confused about some of the things I was going to discuss. I decided to delete my comment before posting it. This morning I came back to this post and wondered about how I am currently learning about energy. This is interesting because yesterday I was thinking about Lunar cycles instead of what I have been studying this past year. One could say Spirit had me think about something differently yesterday so I could refer to it in the present. Yes, each day creates a new understanding. We take with us what we want and disregard the rest. Learn to work with Spirit, they will help guide you to where you need to go.

In the South is The Sun or the trigram Qian represented as Heaven. This is the leader whereas Kun or Earth is the follower. We are learning to become yang energy or the leader. The student becomes the teacher. “Hebrew letter Resh means ‘head and face of man.’ The sun causes all growth but it also makes deserts. The pair of opposites attributed to Resh are the extremes of expression in the manifestation of solar force. Collective Intelligence is the mode of consciousness. To collect is to assemble, to bring together, to combine, to unify, to embody and to synthesize. The Collective Intelligence concentrates all the modes of consciousness which have gone before and combines them together in a new form.” One cannot become the leader without learning what it means to follow. Great leaders learned about what came before and apply this knowledge in their own way. Once you have understood how energy flows throughout all of creation and how it interacts with other forms of energy then one can use this knowledge and apply it to new forms of growth. Here is an example of what I mean. I am currently helping others on Reddit with their dream interpretations. It is easy to take the symbols from the description of a person’s dream and use a dream dictionary to define them. What is not simple is trying to connect with the meaning of the dream. As I said before in the Wheel of Fortune paragraph, only the dreamer will understand what the dream is about because it represents what is currently happening in their life. We do not live each other’s lives therefore it is harder to connect with what other people are dreaming about. The same can be said about the experience of the life itself. We keep information to ourselves because we are afraid of what the rest of the world will think of us. I have been studying my own dreams for several years. I have an idea of what other people’s dreams could be about based on my interpretations relating to my own life. This is where we are learning that all are the same. Symbols are universal and so are life experiences. When we begin to trust one another we open up to the idea of unity. I am learning patience. Allow the other to vent or let go what is on their mind. Allow them to keep to themselves until they are ready to open up. I am learning to keep still and not react to a situation. When energy is bottled up in this way then the explosion comes out as light to heal instead of wrath that creates disharmony.

According to Ra, the human vessel is the microcosm of the macrocosm (universe). When one has achieved balance within the self then contact with intelligent infinity is easier to comprehend or connect with. Is the contact outside or inside? In my opinion, all is within. Intelligent infinity exists within each of us. You are always learning how to contact intelligent infinity through experience. When we raise our hands to the heavens we draw in energy; when we lower our hands to the Earth we take in another form of energy; and when we learn to combine this energy within the self then contact is initiated. Learn about chi energy. Create a ball of energy with your hands. Feel the flow of this energy within the body as it moves along the meridians. This can be learned through Qiqong.
