A handy redefinition of the word channeling… yes its obviously related to the channeling material that these quotes come from, and even better that more material is still being produced(so very grateful for the LL Research crew that do). Furthermore, the definition encompasses channeling that all of us do in the day to day on-goings…
It reminds me of a scene in a Wuxia ancient Chinese tv series… where in a tavern a kung fu master instantly recognises another in a disguise, just by some simple movements with drinking tea an catching a fallen cup, basically how that person carries himself, yet to the untrained eye its easily not picked up. He then explains to his student how the kung fu is a way of life in all aspects even the simple. Given kung fu originated from Shaolin monks… there can be large spiritual element to it especially in the advanced practitioners…
Okay huge personal bias here… I did formally learn meditation through Shaolin Kung fu so had to throw that in

Its perfectly normal tho, im not fond of it so i make sure do balancing exercies later or after is passes so can learn an grow, so in time become more unswayed an feel love. The catalyst of experience works in order for the learn/teachings of this density to occur. However, if there is seen in the being a response, even if it is simply observed, the entity is still using the catalyst for learn/teaching. The end result is that the catalyst is no longer needed. Thus this density is no longer needed. This is not indifference or objectivity but a finely tuned compassion and love which sees all things as love. This seeing elicits no response due to catalytic reactions. Thus the entity is now able to become co-Creator of experiential occurrences. This is the truer balance"
As that choice is refined more an more yes the testing can increase… however its impact on average will end up less than what is was in the past… its just not easier to remember those older times from the past and the challenges then. Moment right now may seem much more even tho its not compared to then. That comes with the paradox of becoming more present in the moment now…
Of course preincarnative planning comes into play to … which is a whole different ball game, well sort of.

It brings to mind a quote… well will paraphrase, it was from an enlightened master who knew only thing keeping him here was his attachement to those close around him… and he chose to keep that bond an remain. He was telling that to one of his disciples. What I remember most was the power of emotion in reading those words was so strong, you could feel a tremendous love.

and this here in response to a question about seeking - Q’uo refers to Truth. I found it quite enlightening so to speak…

We assure you that this is part of the pattern of spiritual evolution. it is quite reassuring that those times of darkness do not mean that everything is lost but precisely as an opportunity to change and grow and evolve
