Thank you Margan! I too have been feeling depressed in waves that come and go. I try to remember that my open heart is where the limitless, infinite possiblities arise. I tell my confused mind “I don’t need to know, I believe, I trust I let go” and “I allow LOVE to come to my aid”. My mind does not remain depressed when I release control and “trustfall” into the loving arms of my guides and helpers.
Releasing depression/anxiety and reconnecting with faith and trust, because I really do believe in love, I trust in love and I let my mind support my open heart. My heart and faith decide my path (or Way/Tao) and my mind supports my heart’s visions now, not heart supporting mind visions.
I believe the depression hits us SO THAT we my grow by releasing and giving up fear for complete faith and trust in unconditional love.
