Whenever finished meditation if it was long time would be very happy if not then wouldn’t be so much… Which is silly as future realisation showed that time is distorted in meditation, so only a short session in minutes actually could last very long time compared to long meditation and it being short time really. Like a dream might be only a few minutes but in reality a long period of time! Okay enough personal sharing for today
