Q’uote of the Day
October 23rd, 2010
" Each day it is possible for you to set your intention for the day. And each time that you do that, you become more present with yourself and you use your incarnational time better. It is as though you have a job of work to do and you have given yourself everything that you need to do that job of work. The fact that it is, at one level, an illusion is not relevant to the work. This work was intended to be done inside the veil. You were not at all supposed to know the true value or meaning of that which occurs to you. Your area of responsibility, shall we say, is in choosing how you shall respond to that which the moment offers you. And it is not expected that you will somehow pierce the veil and become fully aware of a more real part of yourself thereby, logically and in a linear manner choosing the right thing to do.Quite to the contrary, my friends, your area of work is to increase your faith and strengthen your ability to…take a leap into the midair of faith. "
That leap into midair… when hearing those words usually im reminded of the classic cartoon when I was a child… can you guess? Has a bird that runs extremely fast and something chasing … Yes Looney Tunes Wile.E Coyote and the Road Runner. It a often repeated scene although in different formats… where he is chasing the Road Runner and runs off a cliff and keeps moving without falling just in straight line then its not until he stops and looks around that he suddenly falls. Of course being a cartoon he doesnt leave his body … he always picks himself up again. Heres one scene I could find similar but not exact one i remember
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OKZ3-IOlhIw
That is not all that im talking about… actually Road Runner there is a scene/ or scenes? where he does the same thing but doesnt fall his faith enables him to continue in midair…
Actually here is a scene i found of that
“https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aFI5_rjHAVM”
There is a funny joke in that… at the end of video too about that too.
Its one pivotal scene that out of all the cartoons i watched as a child that running into the air and being okay its not until you believe your not that you fall… I remember it most out of all cartoons I saw! Even to this day. The Road Runner being able to do it but not him was what cemented it into my lifes memory.
