Ahh one of the great bonuses of spiritual seeking! The secret to it? Be just as grateful to one as to the other… A reminder is this.. that when experiencing the dark night of the soul periods you know what will happen next! The quicker and more you embrace that period the sooner the next dawning part comes.. the paradox though just dont expect it to nor want it to..
