I calibrated when we graduate to 4th density positive and it turns out the bar is really low: 200 LOC. For those not familiar this is the lowest positive range of consciousness by evolution, Courage, that is all that needs to be the average of your life, the level of consciousness of 200 LOC (LOC = Level of consciousness).
For example, Earth graduated to the 4th density thanks to our planet’s frequency being over 200 LOC at the time, that is all that is necessary for Earth’s fourth density graduation.
As for you, you may calibrate this average of your consciousness using a random number generator and using a prayer device that allows you to get intuitive answers without being intuitive called the octave mirror, it is an idea which allows you to see from the end of the Universe, in pure happiness, anything, for anyone curious. You may use it to calibrate your level of consciousness like so: “Is my level of consciousness in the 200-600 range or in the 600-1000 range?” “Is my level of consciousness in the 200s range? Is it in the 300s range? Is it in the 400s range? Is it in the 500s range?”, “Is it in the lower or upper half of that range?” “Is it in the 200s? Is it in the 210s? is it in the 220s? Is it in the 230s? Is it in the 240s?” “Is it in the lower or upper half of that area?” “Is it 200 LOC? Is it 201 LOC? Is it 202 LOC? Is it 203 LOC? Is it 204 LOC?”, “Is it in the lower or upper range of that subpoint?” “Is it 200.0 LOC? Is it 200.1 LOC? Is it 200.2 LOC? Is it 200.3 LOC? Is it 200.4 LOC?”, etc. You can have fun with this.
This puts the question of whether you are graduating to rest.
If you’re on the negative path, you need to calibrate below 5 LOC to graduate. I guess there’s no consciousness even at that point since David doesn’t have levels anymore below 20 LOC. sigh
