The council of elders-wanderers who operate from 8th density
are fully aware of the Will of the Creator.

They are here to help, not oppress.
Again, itās a play on words, but i disagree with you on the terminology.
Let me explain.
The One Infinite God is 8th density. The Creator is 7th density.
Explanation:
I believe that our true-true self is within the 8th density. We think that we are outside of 8th density, but this is a misconception, in the sense that 8th density still has power over us.
I see the 8th density in a deeper sense as specifially you, wanting to see your face.
In the 8th density itself, there is no means to do that.
Simply put, there is no mirror to see your face in.
So you, being inside the 8th density, i.e., from the 8th density, create the 7th density within yourself by setting certain parameters, i.e., limitations, to it.
You create the Creator, and I create, because you and I are the same.
The point is that, yes, you and I are the same, because we are inside the same 7th density, inside the same Creator, so we were the same being in the 8th density, but be with me now, focus.
I am not looking at this process from the point of view of the whole our entity that is in the 8th density, but from the point of view of the individual self. I will explain below why I think this is important.
Creator, 7th density, being in distortion within your true-true self in the 8th density, starts to act in a certain way.
The point is that we, being in the 8th density, look at how our children come back to us.
Look at their character, their appearance. Simply put, their favourite music or activities.
And now you, and I, being in the 8th density, begin to understand something about yourself.
And repeat this process.
There are many true-true, like you and me, entities within the 8th density, who are doing the same mirror-stuff.
And if we add up all of these true-true, we have One Infinite God.
It is partly through this explanation it becomes clear to me where the wanderers between the octaves come from.
Simplier explanation:
Imagine that your family is having dinner, and you decided not to have dinner with them and went for a walk in the fresh air, and accidentaly went into a bookstore and decided to linger there because you became interested in it. Interesting books there. You do not lose contact with your family (your true-true from 8th density, and you are particle of it from 8th density), it is just that now you, a being, a particle from the 8th density, are in a 7th density bookstore that belongs to another family (that another family is also from 8th density).
This is how I see Wanderers.
They temporarily stopped creating the 7th density of their own family, and help to another family create 7th density Creator.
Technically, they are still creating 7th density, but they take into account the Will not only of Creator (who opertes 1-6 densities), but also of those from 8th density who created this Creator.
This is how I see things.
Quo once said that there is a deeper connection between the 7th densities at the 8th density level. I envision it as families that can visit each other.

I donāt see it explicitly mentioned here, but I believe the 8th density also serves as the 1st density of the next octave, the next Logos.

Ra: I am Ra. This is basically correct. However, it is well to perceive that the eighth density functions also as the beginning density or first density, in its latter stages, of the next octave of densities.
The term density is a, what you would call, mathematical one. The closest analogy is that of music, whereby after seven notes on your western type of scale, if you will, the eighth note begins a new octave. Within your great octave of existence which we share with you, there are seven octaves or densities. Within each density there are seven sub-densities. Within each sub-density, seven sub-sub-densities, and so on infinitely.
This octave density of which we have spoken is both omega and alpha, the spiritual mass of the infinite universes becoming one central sun or Creator once again. Then is born a new universe, a new infinity, a new Logos which incorporates all that the Creator has experienced of Itself. In this new octave there are also those who wander. We know very little across the boundary of octave except that these beings come to aid our octave in its Logos completion.
Itās interesting that there is a clarification āin its latter stagesā, I wonder why this needs to be clarified.
Maybe it means that since this is not the beginning of the first density, but its end, then there is already something there? I think that octaves are connected through the eighth density.

Here, it seems to me, is a hint that the universe is the creator.
But since it was also said about infinite universes, it means we have an infinite number of creators.
In this new octave there are also those who wander.
I think that here we are talking not about the first density, but about the eighth, since they share the same thing, in the sense that when the 8th density begins to form the 7th, it does this not only from top to bottom (7,6,5,4ā¦), but also from bottom to top (1,2,3,4), therefore, in my opinion, the newly created first density has a strong connection with the eighth, although it sounds paradoxical.
In essence, if we consider creation through the order āfrom the bottom upā, then the consciousness of the first density is very similar to the eighth, in the sense that both are very static and have no tools for self-expression.

As far as I can understand, since the wanderer is from the eighth density, he can easily catch even the most distant parts of the first density, because of that feature of 8th density = 1 density, and this is not to mention the seventh. Well, I think this is a confusion of concepts. The Octave is like the Great Cycle, the beginning and end of everything, integrating all that exists. If different parallel universes appear or some similar structures as muti-verse, they will be integrated into one universe, which will then be integrated into The One.
Logos is more of the most proactive aspect of Consciousness. I think that Logos can also be called the Mind Complexā¦ which arranges existence. Thus:

Sub-Logos (Solar System Logos)
Sub-sub-Logos (Planetary Logos)
Logos and Mind permeate through densities, arranging conscious life and guiding the next steps in evolution.
In my opinion, we could consider the another universe (that has everything else than other universe) in multiverse as another Octave. However, these universes wouldnāt exist in parallel but rather as a new universe of the new Octave, integrating everything from the previous Octave.
But what does āeverything elseā mean? If everything is One, there canāt be āeverything elseā at the same time. Each universe is not fundamentally different.
Maybe there could be completely different universes, but then they would be experienced in the same Octave from as the independent universes of 1st to 7th densities. The 8th Density could experience an infinite number of universes composed of densities 1 through 7 and their Logoi. Eventually integrating them At the end of each Octave.
This is something a little different already, but I would outline the existence of the parallel universes, but this appears differently. Each individualās consciousness inhabits its universe from 1 to 6 densities. Each Higher Self influences and controls the universe one will experience, programming specific life experiences. So each individual and his Higher Self has his universe on his own, by virtue of being able to modify it that way. This suggests a separation of universes where everyone exists in their universe (from 1st do 6th density), which integrates into the One Universe of the One Creator (7th Density).
We could assume the also existence of something like the Higgs field, permeating all of creation. Individual consciousness interacts with this field, ācollapsingā it to form matter and provide tangible 3rd-density experiences in our individual lives and generally in densities from 1 to 6, which would correspond to individual existence (where, of course, 1 and 2 densities are only such a platform of this).

Assuming that everything in the Law of One Material is true. (Which is, of course, what we are doing here), I think you can logicallly imply that there simply canāt be an answer in the Material.
If Ra is a being of sixth density it does not know, let alone would be able to explain to us, what seventh density is all about. Just as beings in the third density do not know and are simply not able to explain what fourth density is all about.
That said, if you want to read my intuition: Seventh density is understanding of how to reconcile the finite with the infinite and living dreamed dreams (full creative power if you will).
This reconciliation renders any question about what is ānextā (i.e. eigth) null and void.
I believe so as well. To truly understand the higher densities and the issues associated with it, one must experience it directly. Even upon reaching the highest density, certain aspects remain unknown, undefined, and untested. It is important to accept that some mysteries may persist indefinitely.
Consciousness began from a state of ignorance regarding its situation and surroundings, without any fundamental knowledge or precondition. Knowledge is acquired from a state of zero, as the Creator learns about Himself. The state that emerges and becomes defined never corresponds to an original state, because there was no original state, which could be fully comprehended.
Nevertheless, we can still discover much that brings us great happiness and satisfaction. This requires patience and a step-by-step approach. Instead of hastily trying to comprehend the seventh or eighth density, a more practical approach would be: āFirst, I will understand this density I am in, then proceed to the next one. And then we shall see.ā The fog of unconsciousness and ignorance will certainly diminish as we progress towards the āfinalā destination.
The most important thing is to constantly follow our curiosity about everything. To achieve the highest goal, one must first realize the closest step to it that is currently on their path.
To this, I would add that, for the time being, it could be said that the One Infinite Creator has two basic āvariations.ā
The 8th density corresponds to āSupreme/One Consciousnessā or āBeing Conscious of Infinity.ā
The 7th density corresponds to āCreator Consciousnessā or āBeing Conscious of the Ability to Create.ā
If we were to go further, the 6th density would correspond to āIntelligent Energy Consciousnessā or āBeing Conscious of Light and Love.ā
