The pyramid under the seat for meditation

I tend to deemphasize things in the material that encourage me to behave in manifestly strange ways (with perhaps the exception of vocal conscious channeling). That said, I’ve tried to pyramid under my chair (on the floor) while meditating and I’ve never not gotten a very clear, adderall-like charge from it. Almost to the point where I feel a bit dehydrated. I’m not sure how to relate to it personally.

Has anybody else confirmed the pyramid effect described by the Ra complex? Has anybody tried it under the seat as opposed to under the head as they direct? Thanks.

It works for me with a small pyramid under my pillow. Quite obvious the energizing effect. But never tried it under a chair. I’ll have to give that a try.

Thanks for the confirmation.

I’ve sort of come to a comfortable place about transient details in the Ra contact. This upends my resolution. Going to address this in the next podcast.

Just curious, is there an element of spiritual growth to this?

Not really. Which is why I’ve never pursued it before. I have heard others claim to have more focused meditations which is really all I’m after at the moment.

Surrendering to logic for a moment, if a person feels lethargic in their meditation, then maybe the adrenaline, norepinephrine and whatnot that Ra mentioned in the passage your OP link might be useful to boost the energy. But I’m seeing how that would help with clarity, particularly.

If your idea of meditation includes going to the borderland where the personality and the spirit have shared interests, then I could suggest something I find helpful in focusing the experience. This is to begin by summoning in your spiritual resources and then focusing in a simple manner of releasing anger or fear or self judgment or whatever other menu item seems that it might appeal both to your surface self and to your deeper self at that specific moment.

For example, just breathing deliberately, then thinking “releasing fear” on the exhale.

Doing this as a warm up can then allow you to move to other things, as you like it.

I’m just a simple meditator. Thanks for the advice.

I wonder if you might build the pyramid stone by stone, imagining each one being alive and inviting it into the experience. Take your time to construct the pyramid so that it becomes more and more powerful as the structure comes to completion.

Hi, Patrick!

Hope you are doing well:)

Is the material a pyramid made of important in this regard?

I believe it was mentioned that using base metals was not the best, but anything else would be ok. Mine is made of quartz.

Thank you!

Is there any particular method I can use to choose a stone matching my personality best? I mean, a zodiac sign or numeralogical energies.
