Basically it was my start to seeing entities as clear as I see other living people. I Think because of reading the law of one and piecing together things made me more telepathic and as I encountered and applied what I learned vs these beings it made me more psychic? Not sure what to call it. I can use telekinesis in my dreams, teleport things, get out of various paralysis techniques of other beings and etc.
I haven’t finished the 5th book or the last book with all the information they removed from the other books but I basically read between the lines of sending love directly to these negative or service to self beings takes polarity from them and adds to my light. From there it basically escalated as I realized what these beings were doing to me meant that I could do the same to them. Granted various beings have more ability and understanding than others.
im not sure what happens from here but I know when I fast and dont use my sexual energy on things like porn that I have more ability in the real world but I am still learning what it consists of as it seems like there is a formula. I am assuming right now its Fasting, Nature energy, Sexual or creation energy… maybe more not sure. If anyone has questions let me know whats up. Im not a ghost buster by any meanings lol except for myself but I can tell you what I did. Although I will add i have good character and polarized towards service to others not sure where its at percentage wise though.
I had a similar thing happen a couple of months ago after taking an hypnotherapy training. My subconscious aligned much more fruitfully with my conscious-aware self and my subtle perception has blossomed to some degree.
I know I have traveled astrally unconsciously in the past, but am not focusing on that right now. I’m wondering, are you polarised towards service to others and, if so, has devoting your energies this way helped focus on intensifying your polarisation at all? I’m thinking that if I went off in that direction at this stage it would distract from more basic, fundamental work. Is this something that you have given thought to?

I identify as a service to others polarization and consciously i make the decision to assist these negative beings through showing them love. So the tides are flipped where a being may think they are coming to destroy me which is most likely their true intentions but unconsciously being sent to me by their higher self to help push them in the right direction. Im not sure how i can measure my polarization being intensified but I think because of all this thats probably why I have started getting all the added ability in the astral realm and assistance from other light beings. I am starting to see them physically just as clearly as I see people. At the last place i was staying at we had some being who came to us who looked like smeagle from lord of the rings but with bronze hair and pointed ears. I had taught my room mate how to do these things and she became good at it. That being was asking her questions this inner light as a lot of them didnt even know they had it… lol they were tricked into thinking they had to take something from another to be brought to life. I suppose there are many variations though.
I think as you grow as well your conscious will starts healing the subconscious lower self as well. Not sure yet how to put it in words though.
