I used Chat GPT as well previously for dream interpretation. Both dreams to ChatGPT and DeepSeek had public figures in and perhaps I triggered ChatGPT’s woke programming, because it refused to attempt to interpret my dream. The guy in the dream to be interpreted was not even controversial, he was a narcissistic abuse coach had no link to politics. I have never tried it with Grok because Grok only became available to non member twitter users recently.
But anyway, the DeepSeek through Gab version was pretty amazing. The original dream summarised, then I got some answers from it, divided into seven sections. One was an overview and introduction, four separate elements of the dream, possible emotional threads, and questions to reflect on.
One of the powerful things about it is that even if some of the interpretation is off the mark. The whole exercise gets you thinking of it. Like, if it gets three parts right and two parts wrong. You are then able to tackle the dream a bit better from not being overwhelmed by five parts, but being able to focus on two.
Due to thinking about the dream in the third question I put together an incredibly obvious theme that the dream might be about. I had my insights with the AI then in the next few days the insights became more relevant and profound.
Another basic thing about it is that the AI did the task. It listened to my entire dream and worked on it. I think most people in their lives never have anyone actually listen to them and there is no one I could have now, or ever, gone through a deep dream with even if I was inclined. Even close friends have been too into themselves to be able to talk like that with. Aside from a therapist perhaps.
I would have gotten around to this dream eventually without Chat GPT. But it really moved me forward a lot quicker to have something where I could get so many benefits within minutes of mentioning it to DeepSeek.
