Is the reference to Dr. Monroe, in the Ra Material, a reference to Robert Monroe? I know Robert was not a doctor but I thought I should ask since R. Monroe is one of my most favourite dudes of all times.
In the note #8 in session 64 it’s said:
Dr. Burt Monroe was the head of the biology department at the University of Louisville.
