# What are the decipline of mind body and spirit complex according to RA?

I’m not sure what you mean by discipline. Ra say you can study astrology, Tree of Life or tarot .

Okay, lyrical improv’s probably don’t count  
but here is one anyways for session 76.

The intent of lyrical improv is to help some  
by improving access or trigger curiosity for  
deeper seeking. Most people don’t listen  
to lyrics or ever understand them, so no  
fear of enlightening anybody this way,  
just a hope that a song helps a person.

Part of this might speak to the idea  
of graduating from books, as if at  
some point people look for things  
like synchronicity or some sense  
of psychic congruence which may  
carry heavier weight in catalyst.

“Moving beyond the written” might  
contain a sense of artifacts created  
in the past. Possibly, writing in the  
present is an act of moving beyond,  
or else reading things written more  
recently.

For some people, basic literacy is  
not in the equation. Reading and  
writing may not factor. So teach  
learning of some other means may  
be another act of moving beyond.

Tibetan sand Mandela practice  
seems a meditation on temporary  
nature. Bring4th forum might be  
not so different. Immense care in  
creation destined for some sort of  
ephemeral evaporation, an essence  
more safely kept in the hearts of  
the creators.
