# Non duality, Seeking and Serving

Yes.  
I know that this is part of my unraveling in this life. It has been a highly tangled thread of looking outside of myself for answers and listening to those who ‘seem to know’ better than I do. I have a hard time trusting myself…I was taught not to by religion from the time I was born and spent about 30 years in that.

Trust the Love.

If you can find your non dual stuff inside you, then you can also find immense love. First you arrive at the waiting room of the heart, and then, once you’re admitted further within, in the sacred place of divine communion the love will find you as you listen for it.

PS: You won’t find it on the internet either, not on a youtube video nor in a chat like this. The Love you are, and which you desire, is within your own energy system, waiting for you.

In case this is helpful @AAR …

For me there has been great value in learning to trust myself. I saw it as a foundational step when coming out of the distortions of a controling environment, religious and/or otherwise. I was 40 when I started to untangle those threads. I’ll be 48 next week and still untangling, but I have enough loose threads to start to weave my own tapestry.

Your statement that I quoted above made me think of a book that helped me a lot. Mindset by Carol Dweck It’s not a spiritual book…very much in the pop psychology category. In someways it’s been helpful to look outside of overtly spiritual arenas. But I think the gist of the book can be summed up as “there are no mistakes”. She navigates the difference between a fixed vs. growth mindset. And for me, the ideas in the book were the start of recognizing and confronting thought patterns that were shame based.

Really love this!

I will be 45 this year…got out of religion at about 32…have spent the last 12 years unraveling sooooo much…I have enough loose threads too, and I have started creating…but sometimes I start taking the tapestry apart because I’m not sure if I like the pattern that I am creating, always second guessing how I want to weave, what colors I want to use and what design I want to end up with.

something that came to me through this thread:

“our importance is greater than we think, while not as important as we fear.”

and “the symbiosis of our calculating self and emotional self, is inherently seeking states of balance in their evolving relationship, not fully as one, far from two, they constitute the dynamics, of you.”

on a side note, i stumbled upon an article the other day about a study on the neurones in the brain. The short version of the conclusion based on the study, was that the neurones in the brain are totally reliable in their un-reliability 😄

also, on the subject of listening to others verbal translation of realizations, can be helpful reference points, while second hand experience is always diluted by our own perspective as the one, and not necessarily relevant to our own journey.

There are as many roads as there are soules, and they all eventually lead home… or so i assume, based on logical guess work 🙂

As every artist does time and time again in this world 🙂 It has helped me to let myself fall in love with the process. What we learn in the process is what we take with us, I think.

Totally, the love and care of interacting with the ongoing process is something that affects every aspect of our life. And possibly what awaits us after, while that remains to be seen.

and as we continue to explore how we relate with various phenomena and handle it in relation to our ever evolving association skills, our inner story teller, philosopher, comedian, singer and poet, finds its wings…

the line between preformer and audience in this world, is a blurry one, “switch place’s!” role switching, anyone?😄

god, that was a liberating realization for my headspace…

inner peace 2.0

reminded of a poem i wrote a while back.

_Wandering Cocoon_

perhaps this body  
is an advanced cocoon

made to bud  
bloom  
and over bloom

what awaits after  
many have had a taste

but are there alternatives  
depending on the path we take

perhaps we awaken  
similar as from sleep

to the same conditions  
regardless how we lived  
the stuff of our dreams

or can we mature further  
is there a next stage

a butterfly gets its wings  
without knowing  
what life has to offer  
on the next page

Where does my inner voice come from?  
What is it that’s speaking?  
Does my stomach have a megaphone  
that echoes in to the head-space, of my mental seeking?  
For surely there’s a gut feeling  
in the origin and nature of my voice,  
it can talk some sense into my head, and suggest another choice.  
the head dimension associates impressively, and can mimic most of what I’ve seen and heard,  
but overall, it seems like my head-space  
lacks a sincere voice, that can be shared.

i wonder, am i considering to shallow?  
does the voice origin go deeper, from the center of earth, filtered through my chakras, and in to the world?

Gaia theory comes to mind 😄

tuning our instrument, to align with above and below,  
is it our purpose to bridge gaia, with the divine flow?  
maybe, i don’t really know…
