Whether or not one has planned to achieve that or not within incarnation, just knowing that part of death is very empowering. By creator which we are experiencing itself it shows that with that part in mind it can be very positive when seeing any catalyst as what harm besides pain can really happen, only that transitioning to a higher density body. Hence another perspective of that ‘feeling of totally free on the part of Creator’ you mention.

Two quotes from RA.. now before going to that yes it is a true gift to receive words talked from another’s heart, all the most excellent words maybe taken and edited after hours and days can sound O so great but there is a hollowness to them if not directly coming from the heart.. just a one clumsy sentence that is, is priceless. I do like that, meditation seems a natural way for me but it was not always like that in the past I did too look at it as this complex practice too. That passage is a great reminder when talking about it to others that it can be said in other simpler ways if need be..
Of course though this mentions an important disclaimer
